Kind and professional. Personally, I'm not crazy about the type of dough used for the famous focaccia di Recco, but I certainly can't say that it isn't a delicacy worth trying. The salmon salad, made with orange and fennel, is excellent. Good value for money.

I recently dined at Manuelina Gourmet Restaurant and the experience was extraordinary. Each dish was a delight for the senses, prepared with the highest quality ingredients and impeccably presented. Beautiful!!!!!!!!! The windows, the ceiling covered with leaves and fairy lights, the furnishings... very well kept! The focaccias are very good and a parenthesis should be made only for the desserts, PHENOMENAL!

As usual the focaccia is top, it's a shame that they completely got the cutlery wrong (never seen it in my life), as forks they used dessert ones (for the first and second courses) and to cut the focaccia the fish ones....

Let me start by saying that I am referring to the bistro and in particular the cheese focaccia.
We are in Recco. They make cheese focaccia good almost everywhere. For me, however, Vittorio, Lino and Manuelina are the best.
They are nuances. Manuelina is the crunchiest and tastiest. Da Lino is softer and more substantial, Vittorio a balanced middle ground.
Here at Manuelina, the basic portion, at €10, is fine as a robust appetizer. If it has to be the only dish, in my opinion it should be taken double. For me it's very good. Very tasty but not salty. Perfect with a nice white wine.
The service is professional and friendly, but they work in shifts and I felt a bit like I was on an assembly line, even though it was a Thursday.
The room is spectacular but really very noisy, which is why I gave 3 stars to the environment. It was almost full and it was impossible to converse in a normal tone of voice.

The focaccia in this place could bring back your faith in the Lord, because of how good it is.
Classic focaccia, pizza, with culatello, with anchovies: whatever your choice, it's the right one.
Every time I pass through Recco, it's a fixed stop

Very attentive staff. Wide choice of dishes. But the cheese focaccia, although good, disappointed me a little... I thought it was fantastic as I was told. In my opinion it competes with other focacceries

Un pranzo di lavoro con un dei migliori “cappon magro” mai mangiato. Sarà perché Manuelina per noi è un mito da decenni, sarà perché il patron Cesare sa far stare bene il cliente o forse per il loro bel piatto del Buon Ricordo, fatto sta che qui ci siamo sempre trovati benissimo. L’ambiente è rilassante, il personale, simpatico e preparato, sa dare col sorriso le giuste spiegazioni. Si spende qualcosa in più ma volete mettere uscire col sorriso in una splendida giornata di sole… Bravissimi!!!
