Outstanding experience, hospitality, food and service were spectacular. One of the best Italian wine list. Environment is perfect, hidden place. I strongly recommend to go there.

If you're in the area or don't have to stop by the Malborghetto restaurant, set aside an hour or more to immerse yourself in its traditional dishes. We've been several times; the service and food are excellent, and the welcome is as warm as being hosted by an old friend.

Beautiful restaurant, cozy and clean. The backyard has a welcoming atmosphere and is enhanced by the pleasant background noise of the guests. Fine dining, but not over the top; the food was delicious and the portions were generous. Unfortunately, the service was really poor. I had the feeling the manager didn't want to relinquish responsibility. As a result, one of the waiters was sometimes just standing around helplessly. This resulted in very long waits, with no proactive inquiries about whether you wanted to order anything else. The bill took forever. A shame!

Worth the detour!!!! The owners are always smiling. The gnocchi, beef tenderloin, and lamb chops are to die for. To be complete, we didn't try the desserts. Very pretty village. Enjoy!!

Most delicious meal of our trip in Italy so far. Leek and potato pie in Parmesan bowl to start. Ravioli stuffed with ricotta and spinach in a pear and pecorino sauce was to die for. Then a chicken cacciatore to round out the perfect meal. All of this accompanied by beautiful a couple of Chiantis. The waitress was patient and friendly and the chef was friendly and ready with recommendations. A must while in Chianti area!!!

L’oste e la moglie accolgono con grande calore e professionalità tutti gli ospiti. Locale intimo è stupendo, pieno di fiori atmosfera. Dai pici all’aglione ai garganelli al ragù di fughi, TUTTO SPAZIALE!
