A unique experience, a beautiful, elegant, and well-kept location. As soon as we entered, we were greeted by every single member of the staff and escorted to our table, complete with a welcome gift of prosecco and carasau bread. Their homemade bread basket is exceptional. The menu offers a wide selection of dishes, from raw and cooked appetizers to oysters of all kinds, and we tried a little bit of everything (see photo). We continued with a first course of strawberries with seafood, where the flavor of the sea was evident in every component of the dish, but above all, the fresh and delicate quality. Don't miss out on a dessert, because their nougat semifreddo is truly exquisite. We paired everything with a rosé wine recommended by the waiter, and it was a perfect accompaniment to our dishes. Last night we dined at the Maestrale restaurant, a delightful and welcoming place we weren't familiar with, introduced to us by some very dear friends. Without further ado, we can confidently say that, in addition to having a wonderful evening, we ate wonderfully: excellent seafood served with attentive and very professional service, authentic flavors made with excellent ingredients. Besides finding the paradise of Sardinia in Rome, we also found excellent seafood in a setting that, while familiar, was very refined and attentive to every request. Even the wine bottles were perfectly shiny and intact, and even the paper labels were scratch-free, something we'd previously only found in Japan. At the end of the dinner, we were offered delicious chocolates and meringues, as well as myrtle, limoncello, and grappa. The price was €55 per person, very reasonable. An excellent restaurant, not too touristy, that places the utmost emphasis on the quality of the food served and on customer well-being. We'll definitely be returning often and highly recommend it! 💯%

Welcoming and refined restaurant, impeccable staff. Fast service. The food tastes excellent, but, if I may say so after 20 years in Sardinia, it lacks a touch of true Sardinian flavor. For example, there are no clams or bottarga on the menu. The Seada and myrtle liqueurs are excellent. The spicy house chocolates are special. A vast selection of wines in the cellar. The bill is reasonable. P.S. A piece of advice from a customer: if a dish is missing from the menu, like the ravioli I would have tried today, letting me know before ordering is appreciated.

Restaurant located in the Viale Libia area. Everything is very good. Quality ingredients, very friendly staff, slightly medium-high prices, but eating good fish comes at a cost. The wine list is good to accompany the dishes. The atmosphere is pleasant and not very noisy. Reservations are recommended. The only downside, if you want to find one, is parking.

I celebrated my graduation a month ago with friends and family, and we had a wonderful time. Davide and I chose from the many menus available, and in the private room, he arranged the tables just the way I wanted, making it easy to organize all the guests. The service was impeccable from start to finish: fast but on time, with young, highly professional, and knowledgeable waiters (kudos to Filippo, who handled the service flawlessly). They made us feel at ease without being overly formal. The food and wine were excellent, with truly well-prepared Sardinian specialties! They helped make that day truly special.
