The impeccable service, the quality of the highest level, truly delicious dishes especially the Catalan lobster revisited by the chef. I recommend this restaurant even to the most demanding.

The Maestrale restaurant is located near the Nomentana, in Piazza Callistio Elio.
The internal environment is very large, elegant, intimate.
The fish menu offers traditional but also contemporary dishes.
The fish is fresh and you can taste it.
Regarding the taste of the dishes there isn't much to say, it was all good even if I missed the extra touch that would make it unforgettable.
Friendly and attentive staff, all in all fair considering that we are in Rome.

In Sardinia, when the Mistral blows, you would like to find a place sheltered from the wind and enjoy the sunny day and eat good fish.
In Rome you can find the Maestrale restaurant where the sun and flavors of Sardinia begin with the appetizer of raw fish (for those who don't like them there are hot appetizers) pane carasau and bottarga.
The wide choice of first courses leaves room for second courses featuring good catches of the day.
The sweets? Seadas with white or red myrtle, but that's not the only choice you can make.

We celebrated our wedding with a lunch with relatives at the Maestrale at the end of May. We had a really great time.
Really very good fish-based menu, efficient, kind and attentive service which allowed us to fully enjoy the day.
All guests appreciated the goodness of the dishes, the freshness of the fish and the hospitality of the location.
To end on a high note, they also prepared the cake, a mille-feuille of which we all had an encore.
