I celebrated my graduation a month ago with friends and family, and we had a wonderful time. Davide and I chose from the many menus available, and in the private room, he arranged the tables just the way I wanted, making it easy to organize all the guests.
The service was impeccable from start to finish: fast but on time, with young, highly professional, and knowledgeable waiters (kudos to Filippo, who handled the service flawlessly). They made us feel at ease without being overly formal.
The food and wine were excellent, with truly well-prepared Sardinian specialties!
They helped make that day truly special.

The restaurant is spacious and beautiful; we were there to celebrate a graduation. The seafood menu was simply out of this world, with variety, originality, and quality all in perfect harmony. Those fried shrimp will be hard to forget, as will the fregola and seared tuna. The staff is extremely friendly and discreet. I can't comment on the bill because we were invited. I'll end by saying "good luck" with the parking, because it's anything but easy. The restaurant has two parking lots, but it's a shame they were both closed on Sundays.

Wonderful dinner at Maestrale. Fabulous appetizers, an honorable mention for the baby octopus: incredibly light fried! The suggestion of fregola as a first course was truly a fortuitous one, a flawless dish. This was followed by a fried dish (the same consideration as for the baby octopus) and desserts: excellent millefeuille!

Locale elegante nel quartiere africano. Menu di pesce con la Sardegna nel cuore. Ampia carta dei vini. Antipasto sontuoso di crudi e cotti buonissimi.
