A really cool museum, especially if you fancy relaxing for a couple of hours in a comfortable place. Before going in, you can leave your things in the cloakroom, which is super convenient. On the second floor, there's a very cozy café: good coffee and something sweet to go with it. The exhibition isn't very big, but it's great for taking a break. And a bonus: there are several quiet corners where you can sit and work on your laptop in silence.

Pretty good! We enjoyed the tour with its various themes! Unfortunately, the gift shop was closed! What a shame!

Beautiful exhibition. I would improve the "itinerary" since it's unclear in some places.

A very modern and beautiful structure, airy, functional, with large exhibition halls and numerous study rooms for students and anyone who wants to delve deeper into their interests. There are artistic events, live and video performances, installations, and even film screenings in a dedicated cinema. A stunning bookstore with appropriate items for sale. Efficient and friendly supervisors tell the story of Rome's abandoned and historically occupied buildings—and this, too, is the history of our city, unknown to many. A room dedicated to housing and social changes, a compelling timeline, with photos, newspaper articles, and posters from various housing struggles. Essential for a deeper understanding. And works of art, some in progress when I visited. What a gem! An architectural work suited to the content. I'll be back; there's an unparalleled energy in there.

A space dedicated to contemporary experimentation and research, rather than a traditional museum. The architecture, especially in Odile Decq's expansion, is one of its strengths: dynamic passageways, walkways, interior views, and a strong urban character that invites exploration. The exhibitions change frequently and propose different languages, not always immediate, but stimulating for those who are curious and willing to challenge themselves.

I'm reviewing the Macro's study room.
First of all, I'd like to say that it's very cold. There aren't many seats in the study room, and the cappuccino I had wasn't very good. Despite all this, it's very quiet and the space isn't uncomfortable. Maybe I'll return in the summer.

The museum is truly beautiful, but unfortunately the visit experience is detracted from by the spatial organization. It's difficult to fully grasp the layout of the rooms, and there's a complete lack of continuity in the exhibition.
Signage is scarce or absent, and the layout feels disorganized: I had to ask the staff for directions to understand how to proceed through the exhibition and avoid missing pieces. A real shame, because the collection is well worth it.
