Welcoming reception and always helpful, lovely place in incredibly beautiful surroundings

Stayed here in Jan, 26 for our family ski vacation in Dolomites. The hotel was not fully booked and being not too busy was a privilege, all stuff: reception, bar & servers were extremely helpful and attentive, which made our stay pleasant. Our apartment was huge, clean and comfortable, just the pillow were too thin, but I guess that's a preference. Breakfast can be richer in terms of variety and if the pool was warmer during our stay we could have used it. Overall we're happy and thankful to the whole team for their hospitality. Family's tip: the kids club is big enough to entertain 2 small children - our were 1 and 4 at the time of visit and they spend a lot of time there.

Our stay at the hotel in Val Gardena was enjoyable, with notable highlights and some areas for improvement. The location is ideal, right in front of the Saslong, and the shuttle service provides convenient access to Col Raiser and Dantercepies, operating only in the morning and at 3 PM. The spa facilities were excellent, featuring an outdoor pool, several hot tubs, and saunas. Breakfast was simple but adequate, while the dinner buffet offered a variety of thematic dishes with easy substitutions. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, contributing to a pleasant overall ambiance. However, it would be beneficial to have water and glasses in the rooms. The complimentary cakes and fruits from 3 PM to 5 PM were a nice touch. Unfortunately, our experience was significantly marred by one receptionist ( Maximilian ) whose unprofessional and rude demeanor made us feel unwelcome. His dismissive attitude when we requested assistance with our luggage and his negative remarks about our friend were not only disappointing but left us feeling uncomfortable during our stay. This stark contrast to the generally warm atmosphere created by other staff members was particularly distressing. While the accommodations were lovely and most staff were attentive, the hotel must address these serious issues in customer service, especially given its premium pricing. In summary, the hotel offers a good mix of amenities and a great location for a relaxing stay, but improvements in communication and service are crucial to enhance the overall guest experience.

A truly pleasant stay. From the moment you arrive, you're greeted with great warmth and professionalism: hospitality is one of the hotel's strengths. The staff, both at reception and in the dining room, is extremely kind and helpful. In particular, the young and cheerful dining room staff contributes to creating a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, always making you feel at ease. The location is excellent: the hotel is located directly opposite the Saslong, perfect for mountain and skiing enthusiasts. The shuttle service is also very convenient, allowing you to easily reach Col Raiser and Dantercepies without having to use a car. The spa is excellent, modern and well-maintained, with an outdoor pool, two whirlpools, and a sauna. An added bonus is the possibility of accessing the spa at the adjacent hotel, further expanding the wellness offerings. Breakfast and dinner are good quality, with tasty and beautifully presented dishes, ideal for starting and ending the day in the best possible way. A hotel I highly recommend for a relaxing stay in Trentino, thanks to the perfect combination of hospitality, services, and location.

A fantastic hotel, right in the center of Val Gardena, close to the ski slopes. Excellent and fresh food, professional service, saunas, jacuzzi, and a rooftop pool with views of the surrounding area—you won't want to leave the hotel. We went skiing with the kids—it was fantastic. It's not cheap, but I honestly recommend it.

This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel. It's a great location, with helpful staff and friendly and accommodating service. Dinners are served at the highest level, just like in an elegant restaurant, with beautifully presented dishes, a wide variety of good products. The buffet offers a wide selection of snacks, cold cuts, cheeses, and more.
