Very good family hotel, very well managed with incredibly friendly staff! Special thanks to Léo and the young waitress who served us all week and who was perfect!

Hotel in excellent location, rooms in good condition. The shuttle service could be improved, it only takes you to 2 places. The hotel breakfast is quite simple, it could be improved. The people at the reception are very friendly and gave us great recommendations on where to go skiing. The spa is correct. The price seems high for what the hotel is.

Leonardo was attentive, hospitable, and fun to chat with. He thoughtfully recommended creative cocktails throughout our stay, all of which were fantastic. Overall, the hotel was spotless and comfortable and the staff made our stay even more enjoyable.

The Boutique and Fashion hotel is a welcoming and professional establishment providing the utmost level of hospitality and respect. Specifically, the bartender (Leonardo) greeted us immediately, inquiring about our travels before offering us artisanal cocktails. This level of service continued throughout our stay, creating a memorable experience worthy of consideration for any traveler looking for a place to stay near the Dolomites.

Absolutely beautiful, modern hotel. We were originally booked to stay at the hotel next door and upon its closure, we were transferred to Hotel Maciaconi. This is a lovely hotel, very new and very modern. Our one tip to future guests: do not use a third party booking service; book directly through the hotel and save yourself some headaches.

Delicious food. Staff were excellent. We enjoyed the sauna and jacuzzi after hiking. This was a great way to start our vacation.

Everything P E R F E C T ! ! ! I stayed at the end of August in this property which is simply beautiful, excellent services (SPA - Swimming pool - Restaurant - Bar - Etc.). Very kind, helpful and friendly staff. The breakfast was excellent, as were the snacks and the restaurant. Optimal position for excursions on foot or by bike. I will definitely return...Thanks to all the staff for allowing us to spend three wonderful days!
