The food made the difference together with Nizar's service! Good variety of our 5 courses every day. The service is more like a Michelin star restaurant. All the staff are nice. Leonardo makes delicious drinks! The hotel has large rooms with nice beds, our two bathrooms were large. Ski lockers are available and you can enjoy a swim in the outdoor pool, sauna or jacuzzi after skiing. The room had a nice hot tub. Value for the money!

Hotel in excellent location, rooms in good condition. The shuttle service could be improved, it only takes you to 2 places. The hotel breakfast is quite simple, it could be improved. The people at the reception are very friendly and gave us great recommendations on where to go skiing. The spa is correct. The price seems high for what the hotel is.

The Boutique and Fashion hotel is a welcoming and professional establishment providing the utmost level of hospitality and respect. Specifically, the bartender (Leonardo) greeted us immediately, inquiring about our travels before offering us artisanal cocktails. This level of service continued throughout our stay, creating a memorable experience worthy of consideration for any traveler looking for a place to stay near the Dolomites.

Leonardo was attentive, hospitable, and fun to chat with. He thoughtfully recommended creative cocktails throughout our stay, all of which were fantastic. Overall, the hotel was spotless and comfortable and the staff made our stay even more enjoyable.

03/10/2024: Si raggiunge con una camminata di 30 min circa in leggera pendenza una volta lasciato il girolago. Ha diversi posti esterni per cui se il tempo lo permette è meraviglioso gustarsi un tagliere accompagnato da un'operazione mentre si gode dell'intorno
14/07/2024: Durante il giro panoramico del lago di Braies abbiamo seguito le indicazioni per questa malga a circa 15 minuti di camminata dal lago. La nostra esperienza è stata in parte rovinata dalla pioggia che ha infreddolito noi e reso più complesso il servizio da parte del personale, che comunque si è rivelato efficiente e preparato. Abbiamo mangiato canederli, polenta e salsiccia e strudel di mele. Cibo buono ma forse mi ero fatto troppe aspettative. Conto onesto.

Royal presso Hotel Royal

02/03/2025: A typical, family-run hotel where you feel at home. A lovely welcome, very friendly staff. Functional room with comfortable bedding and well-appointed. The location is ideal. The pool and spa area are also very good, except for the pool, which is a bit too cold. Restaurant: Decent breakfast with lactose-free options available. Good meals, but the meat isn't always cooked perfectly. Excellent value for money. We will definitely return, especially for the friendliness of the entire team.
19/01/2025: For a 3-star hotel, it is a very nice hotel, first of all it is very clean and the location is great, the service is also very nice, the people working there are Poles so you can get along, the rooms are very spacious and with a great view, the food is ok - it can always be better but for it's definitely not bad - that's why for three stars you can't give a lower rating than the highest one. What could be improved is the time of serving breakfast - 7:15 would be useful to easily get to the slopes for the opening, tea should be available at the breakfast table so as not to waste time ordering it, the water in the spa is cold - this is dictated by local regulations however, it is an inconvenience. There are a few minor flaws, but our stay was very nice - thank you
