This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel. It's a great location, with helpful staff and friendly and accommodating service. Dinners are served at the highest level, just like in an elegant restaurant, with beautifully presented dishes, a wide variety of good products. The buffet offers a wide selection of snacks, cold cuts, cheeses, and more.

Greatly maintained property, with great amenities. Their food is delicious and the staff friendly and always happy to help. Great location for bike trips and during winter, a short walk to Saslong.

A very beautiful hotel, actually even nicer than the one we originally booked. There was a mistake with our reservation, but the receptionist Nicolo contacted us immediately, handled everything professionally, and offered us a room in this hotel. We really appreciate his attitude, and as an apology for the inconvenience, we were given dinner for free – perfect service and very professional approach. The hotel is beautiful, the surroundings are great, there is a pool, sauna, hot tub, and secure garage for motorcycles – just perfect.

The hotel is nice but too expensive; the value for money isn't right.
The room was good, but the bathroom was old. Breakfast was nothing special, dinner was very tasty, but there was no selection; you weren't given any options to choose from. The waitress with red hair spoke neither German nor English, and communication was difficult. The older man at the reception was very unfriendly and almost disrespectful when making inquiries and during checkout.
The outdoor area with the pool was nice. Only one of the saunas was in operation.

A hotel worthy of Val Gardena and the consistently high standard in this area. Extremely clean. Spacious and quiet room. Pool and spa are immaculately kept. Good breakfast. Very friendly staff. The location is excellent, convenient for transportation and many walks.

Fantastic location in St Christina right off of the traffic circle. Hotel was very modern and cozy. Shops, restaurants, groceries were all super close. The spa and pool area was top notch. Tons of space for spreading out and relaxing. We had an excellent balcony view. Can’t wait to come back!

Summer trip with the family. The hotel was nice. The bathroom and swimming pool worked well. There was not much service, very quiet otherwise. The receptionist provided practical and friendly help. The rooms were good and you could sleep in an extra bed, there was no air conditioning. The cons are the 10 am checkout and the bread for breakfast, which was not fresh.
