Goooooooduuuuuuriaaaaaaa. Years later, I always gladly return to this place. Meat always fresh and tender, the bombettes melt in your mouth. The meatballs are freshly prepared and immediately cooked and served, as are the potatoes, which are very fresh. Excellent impeccable service. Always friendly staff...and then there is Pasqualino's friendliness which is unparalleled.

Very nice surprise on this first evening in Italy. Hospitality, smiles and meat of exceptional quality! Don't be surprised by the paper tablecloths and plastic cups or you'll miss out on an incredible experience!

A distanza di un anno mi sono di nuovo recato alla macelleria nella speranza di un qualche miglioramento. Posso solo confermare che la carne era e resta di qualità elevatissima. Per quanto invece riguarda il servizio, rimaniamo su livelli bassissimi visto che il tutto era servito su piatti di cartone. Prezzi ancora più elevati dello scorso anno. Ingresso locale saturo di fumi della brace, forse la cappa era rotta.... Pagamento TB ( total black ) Se non avesse la carne eccezionale sarebbe da evitare.

02/11/2024: I went there by chance with my family, it was a very pleasant discovery. Excellent quality meat, punctual and courteous service, friendly owner, honest price. TOP QUALITY. Recommended.
29/09/2024: In quel di Cisternino in vacanza volevamo assaggiare le famose bombette.. tra vari consigli sulle macellerie/bracerie decidiamo di prenotare in questo posto. Tavolo riservato per le 20.30, puntuali arriviamo a destinazione.. subito accolti da Donato ed il titolare franco , calorosi e simpatici, scegliamo la carne e ci accomodiamo ed ordiniamo da bere e degli antipasti.. carpaccio e salumi stratosferici.. volevamo vedere la brace e siamo scesi giù per la curiosità.. qui abbiamo conosciuto il fuochista Francesco, e sembrava fossimo amici da una vita(simpaticissimo). cottura e qualità della carne ottima.. insomma, esperienza fantastica, consigliatissimo

03/05/2025: Last meal in Ceglie... and what a great way to end our stay! At Da Franco, everything comes together to have an excellent time: a peaceful setting, tasty cuisine that highlights local products, and a regional wine that perfectly accompanies each dish. We eat well there, we feel good there, and we leave with a smile (and a little nostalgia). An address not to be missed if you are passing through the area!
