If you want to eat the tenderest meat in the world, come here. You'll have an extraordinary experience. Everything you think you know about meat: reset everything. Here, Pasqualino, the owner, will make you feel like family with his friendliness and will let you taste his famous "only butter" regardless of the cut or type of meat you choose. I stop by every time I go on holiday to my hometown of Brindisi, and every time it's a success. Last time, I thought more about eating than taking photos, so the ones attached don't do it justice. Next time, I promised myself I'll add better photos. Pasqualino, however, no longer needs these reviews. He's already gone viral on social media with his hilarious videos featuring all the guests who've been there and left overjoyed with the unique meat experience... let's hope one day he'll also offer fish dishes.

I'm back after eight years, and the quality and friendliness are still the same. Go to Pasqualino's and you'll eat excellent meat.

We arrived here by chance, on our way to another restaurant. Everything is good and well-made. Everything is simple and yet so pleasant... we wish all restaurants could take inspiration from this place! However, one small drawback is the prices, which are a bit high... and the billing isn't detailed enough. Be careful when the meat is presented and check your bill. I highly recommend this establishment and will definitely be back very soon 👍🏼❤️

04/01/2026: Frozen octopus, as the waiter pointed out, had a slightly burnt taste. The salad was okay but lacked seasoning. The ravioli were very good; it's a shame the tiramisu filling was still frozen. The Milanese veal cutlet was very good, although I suspect it was frozen, and the homemade fries, I think, were excellent. Since we couldn't find a shuttle to get back, the owner kindly and freely gave us a ride back to the train station. The staff was pleasant.
03/01/2026: Located in the square, Hosteria Regina is a very charming restaurant, offering multiple locations. It offers exquisite dishes, quality products, and a very welcoming and friendly staff...highly recommended.

02/06/2025: È uno dei due posti che tutti consigliano per una buona degustazione di ricci a Savelletri. Se si ha la fortuna di trovare posto su uno dei pochi tavolini all'esterno si può pranzare quasi on i piedi nel mare. L'ambiente è ovviamente molto spartano e il personale gentile. Servizio veloce e possibilità di fare un pranzo completo con primi e secondi a base di mare. Unica pecca (o pregio): non vi è possibilità di prenotare in anticipo; si va e si aspetta! Prezzi nella media, ultimamente aumentati rispetto ad anni precedenti.
20/04/2025: Ottimo ristorante di pesce in bellissima posizione sul mare. Cucina varia e di qualità. Buona lista dei vini. Personale cortese e disponibile. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo
