I'm very sorry but it's a real shame. Amazing location, very kind waiter and owner but... there is a lot to improve on cleanliness. I don't question the quality of the raw materials (in my opinion also very good) but the final result... still always full of oil. For these reasons the prices are too high.

Andato con la famiglia a pranzo i camerieri gentilissimi e cordiali come altrettanto il cibo ottimo e ricercato porzioni abbondanti ;se si passa da questi parti presso consiglio vivamente di fermarsi in questo posto incantevole presso il lago di Vico con una vista da mozzafiato. Lo consiglio cinque stelle è quello che si meritano

From Grosseto, trip to Lake Vico, certainly not close for lunch. Lovely place with terrace on the lake that alone is worth the trip. If we talk about lunch we can say that Alessandro and his staff know what they're doing for the quality they put on the table. The bill is definitely in relation to all the good things served. At the end you will also be greeted with a welcome gift. Thank you

All very good, excellent mushrooms, the only flaw was the ravioli which were watered down in oil. But otherwise, I repeat, everything is very good. Good in service and location.

Trovato per caso facendo una passeggiata al Lago di Vico ed è stata un'esperienza super piacevole: vista lago, cibo speciale e titolare simpaticissimo, si vede che ama quello che fa! Penso di aver mangiato la tartare di tonno più buona in assoluto. Ci ritorneremo volentieri.

19/07/2024: Ottimo locale in centro a Bolsena, buono il tagliere per 2 di affettati e formaggi ( speciale la marmellata all'arancia da accompagnare) con crostini caldi e 1 porzione di amatriciana che però non ci ha entusiasmato. Prezzo adeguato.
18/07/2024: Locale rustico e fresco nel centro di Bolsena, posto davvero accattivante. Proprietario simpaticissimo e disponibile al dialogo, anche nello spiegare i piatti tipici e i prodotti usati. Mangiato benissimo, bevuto ugualmente bene il vino di produzione propria. Un posto in cui ritornerò sicuramente, Bolsena è una fiaba ❤️

13/08/2024: Bakery found by chance. The girls are very kind. Cleanliness, outdoor tables, parking. I recommend the white pizza with rosemary and the mini baguette. Exceptional croissants!
10/08/2024: I have been there many times but I see the flavor and quality of the products decreasing
