Innanzitutto contrariamente a quello scritto prima di noi dalla signora Caterina ci tengo a precisare che il signor Fabrizio è una persona molto professionale, accogliente e quello che può sembrare poco empatico è forse dovuto ad una forma di timidezza ma se gli chiediamo consigli su vini pietanze e wiskey dei quali è appassionato rende il cliente partecipe. Mi meraviglio se la signora Caterina frequenta il locale una volta al mese non l'abbia capito. È vero sua moglie è diversa ha un altro carattere e si compensano. Noi non possiamo fare a meno dei consigli del signor Fabrizio su cosa abbinare ai piatti di sua moglie. Ci mangiamo benissimo mai alzati da tavola delusi e noi veniamo da Firenze.
