I'm going to seem demanding by only giving 4 stars. But at this price I have expectations of a gourmet. The poor waiter was all alone (at the beginning of August the terrace was almost full and he was on PLS). The cook who comes out of the kitchen to cash us... The setting is enchanting. The menu is nice but not transcendent! The risotto is good but not amazing. Dessert, a scoop of sorbet... Honestly, at €55, I expect at least a little extra tile or a biscuit to add texture. Couldn't do better then.

beautiful restaurant located in one of the most beautiful period villas in Varese, service of the highest level and excellent cuisine served and presented in the best possible way. excellent wine list. parking inside the villa. I highly recommend this restaurant.Thank you for the great lunch.

High quality restaurant inside the splendid Villa Panza, a FAI asset. Beautiful dishes prepared and presented with skill. Excellent service. I like it so much that, as soon as they are dressed, they bring along with the drinks a silver cocotte with delicious butter. Furthermore, you can't give up dessert: the cream ice cream 🍦 🍦 is produced by them. I advise.

After visiting the splendid contemporary art collection of Villa Panza we had lunch at the restaurant which is located in two beautiful rooms overlooking the splendid garden. Excellent food, courteous and efficient service, correct prices appropriate to the quantity of dishes served. A pleasant walk in Varese Highly recommended

Dopo aver visitato la splendida collezione di arte contemporanea di Villa Panza abbiamo pranzato al ristorante che trova spazio un due bellissime sale che affacciano sullo splendido giardino. Cibo ottimo, servizio cortese ed efficiente prezzi corretti ed adeguati alla quantità dei piatti serviti. Una piacevole passeggiata a Varese Superconsigliato

29/07/2024: Let me start by saying that I went because I was invited. In itself I confirm that as soon as you enter there is a smell of fried fish. The place itself is not a bad location (scarce parking with few spaces and also the entrance to the car park is not very convenient). The menu is 99% fish-based and for those like me who don't eat fish, there are very few alternatives. In the end I opted for a raw dish with buffalo mozzarella and cherry tomatoes and although I was worried about the quality of the raw food, in the end everything was good. In general, if you eat fish, you can try it, otherwise avoid it.
27/07/2024: Very nice and very clean place, impeccable service, very good fish also in terms of quantity, competitive prices, definitely worth trying
