He doesn't miss a beat. Even today an excellent lunch, starting from the "Gustavo's fantasy" appetizer to finish with mixed fried calamari and vegetables and the mussel soup with croutons. Optimal!

It is difficult to find pearls like the Officina del Gusto. Even after years, the food is always incredibly good. Now also with an attached gastronomia, where you can get unusual home-cooked food to take away. I decided on a lasagne with baccalà, just a poem. The Russian salad was super fresh and couldn't be better. I froze the cannelloni for later and the caponata...what can I say...amazing. Oh yes, I ate homemade “strozzapreti” with gamberi on site… no matter how many stars some restaurants have. For me, this restaurant is still an absolute favorite even after years.

Sono stata più volte nel ristorante in questione perché mi sono sempre trovata bene, tranne domenica 15 dicembre. Abbiamo ordinato due primi che contrariamente alle altre volte, sono arrivati con porzioni risicate e soprattutto cucinati male. Il primo con le vongole e i carciofi (nel menu presenti con i fiori di zucca, ma assenti oramai da mesi), erano salati e acquosi, il piatto non è stato riportato indietro perché si festeggiava il compleanno di un parente e non volevamo metterlo in difficoltà….. Il secondo primo piatto è stato presentato con un sugo talmente liquido che la pasta non si amalgamava e ahimè non aveva alcun sapore… Anche il fritto misto era in parte freddo e in parte caldo… Cosa è successo? Ho sempre parlato bene del ristorante e fatto una buona pubblicità, questa volta no. Sono rimasta molto delusa.
