We found him less than 60 days before our wedding, and from that moment on, it was like having a friend, a coordinator, and a culinary artist all rolled into one. Giorgio didn't just manage the catering: he oversaw every detail with passion and genuine presence—from the table setting to the timing, from coordinating with the photographer and music team to the setting off of the fireworks. He transformed our day into a harmonious experience, where everything flowed in perfect balance.
