I had already had the pleasure of dining here in 2017 and was pleased with the location and the dinner. I returned in September with friends. I wanted to impress them, but it was a disappointment. Only the venue remained the same. As for the dinner, it was a disappointment, and the bill was ridiculous. They definitely won't be returning.

Guys, I went there on September 16th, everything was exceptional, perhaps the reviews refer to crowded periods but the quality is unquestionable, octopus and potato salad and exceptional fried prawns, generous portions, stratospheric limoncello dessert, certainly not cheap, there were only us Italians... but given the location, what do you want...

I had the pleasure of dining at Ristorante Lo Scoglio, near Sant'Angelo, and I can say it was a truly special experience. The sea view from the terrace is simply spectacular: a panorama that alone is worth the visit, especially on sunny days or at sunset. The atmosphere is refined, relaxing, and welcoming, perfect for both a romantic dinner and a lunch with friends. The staff is friendly, helpful, and very professional: they welcome you with a smile and make you feel immediately at ease. The seafood dishes are the real highlight: from the fresh fish pasta dishes to the carefully prepared main courses, each course is rich in flavor and quality. For seafood lovers, it's truly heaven, but the other dishes on the menu are no exception: you can sense the attention to detail and quality in every recipe. The quality-price ratio depends on what you choose, but in a place like this, with its view, atmosphere, and high-quality cuisine, every euro spent is worth it. There were three of us. We shared the mixed fish starter. Then we had white fish, spaghetti with scampi, and linguine with lobster. For dessert, we had tiramisu and lemon tart. Everything tasted fantastic. Very friendly service and a wonderful atmosphere. Great, great, great.

Every time we're here, we feel welcome, as if we were staying with best friends. We owe this above all to Sabrina, the wonderful hostess, who shapes this place with her warm manner, attentiveness, and keen sense of genuine hospitality. Her warmth is genuine – and makes every visit something truly special. Lo Scoglio impresses with its straightforward, Mediterranean cuisine based on fresh ingredients from the island. Whether fish, seafood, vegetables, or pasta – everything is lovingly and tastefully prepared. What's particularly nice: The cuisine is honest, authentic, and unpretentious – that's exactly what makes it so special. Add to that the view of the sea, the light, the tranquility – Lo Scoglio is a place to enjoy and breathe deeply. For us, an absolute favorite place on Ischia.

Quite disappointed by this restaurant that was recommended to us. The view is superb, but the prices are completely outrageous for Italy, and the restaurant's standard is nothing special. 80 euros for three people each for pasta and small portions! They charge you 5 euros for a cover charge, and bread is also charged extra. The dishes are just okay. Really, there are better options in Ischia.

We spontaneously spotted this gem of a restaurant. Everything was perfect, the service was so attentive and friendly, the food exceeded expectations especially for the price. We had a table with a wonderful view on the sea and enjoyed it a lot. Definitely a must when in town!!

Unfortunately, the pasta wasn't cooked enough, and the bill included an additional €3 per person for "dining under cover," which was not disclosed in advance. The price was quite high for the portion size. Nice view.
