Lo Scalocchio is a restaurant that immediately captivates with its warm and refined atmosphere. Dishes are prepared with fresh ingredients and meticulous attention to detail, both in presentation and flavor. Excellent first courses, quality meats, and truly delicious desserts. The atmosphere is pleasant. The tagliatelle with mushrooms are good, the cappelletti with parmesan cream is good, the vegetarian selection is good, and the Parma ham with plums is excellent. The chocolate mousse and tiramisu are good. The service is friendly. We'll be back.

I've been back to this osteria four or five times now. Here you can enjoy "forgotten" Parmesan cuisine that no other restaurant in the center of Parma offers, accompanied by friendly service and a genuine atmosphere. Try the agnellone (a lamb stew) and you won't regret it.

16/03/2026: This time I returned only to work out, and book, a suitable menu for my guests, whom I'll be bringing in a few weeks. Franco and his wife were incredibly helpful and accommodating, patient and accommodating. Homemade Emilian cuisine, also suitable for children: I think my group will be very satisfied. I was also very pleased with the organization. Well done.
10/03/2026: Franco number 1. Stop here for a bite, it's worth it. The cappelletti in broth are exceptional, the homemade pasta is delicious. The profiteroles are delicate and have distinctive flavors. Excellent service.
