We had four first courses, the pici practically raw, inedible, the tortelloni tough even the undercooked ones. If the dish comes back, maybe ask the customer why.

Spectacular Fiorentina: perfect cooking and explanation by the waiter of the three "colours" that the latter gives to the meat. Precise service and bill in line with what was ordered.
