This is a really great hotel situated just outside of Bari and an ideal location for touring the Puglia region of Italy. The rooms and facilities are wonderful and the staff are very friendly and welcoming

The hotel is a bit out of town, in a quiet location by the sea.
A car or public bus is required; unfortunately, there are no shops nearby, only a vending machine with water.
Some of the rooms are very small and somewhat worn, and the bathroom is also very small. Overall, the complex is in need of some renovation, and the outdoor areas are dated but mostly well-maintained.
The breakfast is very good, highly recommended, and the staff is helpful.
All in all, I would recommend it with reservations.
A shame given the location.

Rooms are average, some adjustments would be necessary especially in the bathroom.
The service is excellent, staff always available, the location is excellent a stone's throw from the sea.
Excellent restaurant and breakfast.

We went to my daughter's confirmation at the Levante restaurant facing the sea. We ate very well and the quality of the food was excellent! The extraordinary place facing the sea made this experience even more unique! Efficient service and an upgrade to the Director for his kindness, professionalism and organization in making this event unique! Highly recommended

Just home from a wonderful break in Riva del Sole, had a great needed week of time out. Thanks again to all the friendly and efficient staff and of course to David in the bar, thank you. I highly recommend this fabulous hotel.

Standard rooms, you can ask for a kettle and iron
Very nice and helpful staff
Location a bit remote, about 15 minutes by car to the nearest Lidl
Overall a very pleasant place, the area is quiet and peaceful, the beach is rocky but the grounds are really nice

Good hotel, well organized and with lots of green spaces. Convenient parking and always active concierge service.
I would have preferred there to be a kettle with herbal teas in the room.
I would also like to point out that the fridge is very noisy, so I would suggest turning it off, also because there was nothing inside except a note suggesting going to the bar for requests.
The organization of breakfast supplies could also be improved, since for three consecutive days there were no lactose-free yogurts.
The beach area is very beautiful and the greenery of the garden is very well-kept
