Very well-kept facility in a beautiful location. Andrea Pistacchio and Michele at the beach bar are friendly, kind, and capable of running a bar. David was very rude to me; we had several arguments with him.

5 stars aren't enough! David is the best bartender I've ever met! His passion for drinks is palpable in every glass you try. His magical touch can transform even the simplest of orders into a unique and unforgettable experience. I highly recommend asking for him when you enter the bar! His smile and kindness complete the picture of excellent service. Congratulations, David, keep up the good work!

An exceptional location, hotel located on the seafront, easily accessible from the airport and sheltered from noise.

Comfortable, well-renovated rooms. Room service is mediocre, and housekeeping leaves something to be desired. The host's beach is polluted by a permanent karaoke bar with a basic sound system and, of course, disgusting singers. Unobstructed views of the dump from the rooms.

Very pleasant hotel, with private access to the sea, umbrellas and sun loungers, also provides transport to and from the airport, bus stop to Bari and Giovinazza right in front of the hotel, with its own restaurant, breakfast in the form of buffet tables, very pleasant staff. I definitely recommend it.

We recently stayed at the Hotel Riva del Sole in Giovinazzo and can say it was an overall pleasant stay. The comfort and cleanliness of the rooms were impeccable, and the breakfast was varied and delicious, as was the very friendly wait staff. However, we had some issues with the pool service that somewhat detracted from our experience. We arrived at 4:30 PM and were told at reception that the pool would close at 6:00 PM. Once we arrived, we discovered that we were required to wear a swimming cap, which wasn't specified in the hotel's online information, so we had to purchase them at reception. What left us a bit speechless was when the lifeguard informed us that we would have to leave the pool at 5:30 PM for a private graduation party. Not only did reception (after asking) not inform us in advance, but they also made us pay for swimming caps for only 40 minutes of use. Honestly, I think the hotel should have prioritized its guests over an outside party, especially considering that it only involved delaying the start of the party by 30 minutes, thus respecting pool service hours. In summary, the Hotel Riva del Sole in Giovinazzo is a comfortable and clean hotel with a good breakfast, but I hope the hotel takes guest reviews into account and improves its pool party management. So, if you're interested in using it, be sure to ask for specific information about the rules and opening hours.

A beautiful setting, the private beach is a real plus. It's a few kilometers to get to the center, but that's what gives the hotel its tranquility. Entertainment is available on weekends, but it's very, very quiet anyway. David's bar service is excellent; he's attentive and offers new cocktails. He does a great job, and he makes a very warm welcome.
