Small but welcoming location.
Good and unique cooked fish dishes..., wide choice of wine, with helpful and professional staff to give advice.
The only dish to avoid is frying... too bad, it ruined the average... I hope it was a one-off!

A very nice evening at L'Esca. The hosts could have easily turned us down as there was a large birthday party to be catered for, but they didn't and instead cleverly placed us where we felt comfortable. The food was very good, everything was fresh, high quality products. The service was good. Recommended.

I've been coming to this restaurant for ages. This is the right place when you want to make a great impression if you propose it to friends for a carefree dinner or collaborators for a business lunch.
The excellent cuisine is undoubtedly their strong point, then if you add the careful selection of wines (there are always new ones) and the unfailing care towards the customer then you really are in the perfect place.
The environment and the service are extremely convivial, you immediately feel at ease.
I have no doubts, for me L'Esca is the best of all!

A unique experience. Absolutely incredible raw food, excellent starters, delicious first courses, too bad we were full from the second courses. Excellent wine and impeccable service.

Cucina eccellente, ottima la qualità dei prodotti, piatti gustosi, particolari; soprattutto l'antipasto sofisticato dai sapori ricercati senza rinunciare ad un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Servizio da 5 stelle. Ci ritornerò!

Esperienza ottima in questo bellissimo locale ricavato da una grotta. Ottimo pesce fresco e ben presentato. Poker di cruditè favoloso. Chitarrina allo scoglio e fritto di calamari: piatti fatti con “amore” e pesce freschissimo. Servizio eccellente e prezzi onestissimi. Bravi
