Very warm and welcoming location. Impeccable service. Food with unique and refined flavors, presented with care and elegance. It was a pleasant discovery several months ago with The Fork, where we took advantage of a €50 discount on the total, having purchased Yums, and everything was respected. We will return.

Beautiful place. Very thoughtfully prepared dishes. Having booked in advance, they made sure there was a vegan. The chef prepared these delicious and meticulously prepared dishes, just like the fish dishes. The appetizer was photographed after the first bite. Battered zucchini flowers with pumpkin cream. Paccheri with eggplant and mushrooms, and fava beans and chicory with corn chips.

We were passing through and wanted to have lunch in San Severo. Locals recommended L'Esca to us, and it turned out to be a fantastic tip. The food was delicious (we had fish dishes), the service staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, so we were completely satisfied. We'll definitely be back!

Everything was exquisitely excellent. From the food to the service to the location. Compliments on everything. We were there for a birthday and came from Pescara. The fish was top-notch.

Dinner with family. Beautiful setting, very welcoming and private (with plenty of room for conversation). Sublime seafood, paired with traditional Apulian dishes, particularly those from San Severo (squid with pancotto and pureed fava beans). Excellent presentation of all dishes, excellent wine, also from San Severo (Bombino), excellent Apulian bread with a bottle of monocultivar extra virgin olive oil (Peranzanana). Excellent service, with a touch of warmth. Excellent homemade desserts and a selection of the best local pastry shops. And to finish, a complimentary amaro. Menu with standard prices and The Fork discount. The price, even without the discount, is more than in line with the excellent quality. Definitely worth returning.

Among the best seafood restaurants in the province of Foggia, this is a surefire place for lovers of raw fish. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable in explaining the various dishes. The prices are reasonable for the excellent quality. It's definitely worth a try.
