Ristorante Leiter am Waal In Lagundo

Spontan einen Tag vorher telefonisch reserviert für innen in der Pergola (neuer, moderner Bereich), zu Fuß von Dorf Tirol rüber in ca. 2 Stunden mit Kindern, modern eingerichtetes Restaurant unmittelbar am Algunder Waalweg gelegen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und über die Dauer unseres Aufenthaltes top betreut, sehr aufmerksames und flottes Servicepersonal, locker, aber dennoch mit Stil, hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Rindertatar sehr gut, Gams von der Tageskarte exzellent, preislich gehoben, Portionen überschaubar, Qualität der angebotenen Speisen geht da aber mit. Lugana von I Frati auch im offenen Ausschank, top. Desserts waren ebenfalls top. Für uns eines der besten Gesamtpakete in der Region! Gerne wieder!

Decent restaurant, but there are much better ones in Meran/surroundings. If you're on the Waalweg, feel free to stop by. But go there specifically for that? Nope…

We know the restaurant before the expansion/expansion. Due to its current size, the leader has lost much of the former ambience. Now you'll find a large tourist restaurant again, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, it's nothing for us anymore. We ate two snacks and enjoyed two beers and the ambience. We found the price-performance ratio to be a bit excessive, but unfortunately that's how it is here. We paid €14 for the small starter and €11.50 for the ham platter Service was very courteous and also very quick.

We were in this restaurant 5 times during our 7-day vacation. We only spent the two days in another restaurant because of the rest days/ I think that says it all. The food, staff and location are simply a 10/10 and can't be topped!

Insider tip after a long hike on the Waalweg from Meran or from the village of Tyrol. The tasty spare ribs are recommended; the meat is so tender that it falls off the bone.

Excellent. It's not clear from the photos but the restaurant is particularly beautiful and high quality and the views from up there are simply superb. We ate very well and the prices were in line. We stayed in the stube because there were no more seats outside but in any case we didn't miss anything, on the contrary! We will return and recommend it
