I can only say that the location is excellent, the food is excellent, the staff is very kind, the owner is the best both for his availability and for his advice. The chef is the best, Tim is qualified both for his profession and for his kindness.

12/10/2025: It's a shame the chef didn't show up, there were only two of us in the whole place. The dishes were visually beautiful but the taste was sometimes less than stellar. The wine price was higher than the dinner, which is not at all appropriate.
07/09/2025: We ate divinely, paired with truly top-notch wines; each course was described in detail, as was the wine chosen to accompany it. We had a truly enjoyable evening for my husband's birthday...and we'll definitely be back to try Salvatore's anchovy colatura ☺️
