We were welcomed very familiarly by the owner Antonello and his lady. We ate excellent meat cooked properly. Thanks go to Mirko, the barman who delighted us with excellent aperitifs and with his extraordinary ability to empathize. Congratulations for everything and thank you. Until next time..... Super surprise in Crispiano. A place known by chance but surprisingly simple and good. Excellent treatment, quality meat and varied choice especially angus, bombette and fillet. Highly recommended and we will definitely be back too!

15/12/2024: Excellent service in manner and tone. Two very nice guys. Excellent team with the host, present and discreet. The meat with ragù, roast and livers are excellent. Excellent experience.
16/11/2024: We had a great time! Delicious cured meats and cheeses, very good first course (ragout of donkey rolls) and exceptional meat (top is the donkey steak, matured for over 60 days, very tender), starting from the bombette and ending with the lung and liver torcinelli, passing through sausage, diaphragm and Angus steak. Compliments!!!
