My first time at the restaurant for a dinner already organized by friends. Beautiful place in the heart of Castiglione Falletto. Placed in a separate room, the experience was more intimate and immersive. From vitello tonnato, moving on to the agnolotti del plin, to braised meat with Barolo and concluding with the famous round and gentle dessert. Simple but tasty food. A very extensive wine list with prices definitely in line with the quality. Matteo the owner, like all his staff, are very professional. A unique place to definitely try again. Highly recommended

Le Torri is our must-visit restaurant in the Langhe region and a truly exceptional dining experience. From the moment we walk in, we are greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere. The staff is incredibly attentive and make us feel welcomed and appreciated. Their professionalism and knowledge of the menu adds to the overall experience. The food is nothing short of spectacular, tajarin with white truffles, vitello tonnato, rabbit royale, and steak with hazelnut crust are a few of our favorites. Every dish is beautifully presented, and the flavors are perfectly balanced. It’s clear that the chef uses the finest ingredients and pays great attention to detail. The wine list celebrates the best of Piedmont’s prized Barolo crus and the sommelier’s expertise is evident offering thoughtful recommendations and insights into their profiles, enhancing our appreciation of the wines. The ambiance of the restaurant is also impressive with the fireplace, soft music, and the cozy yet modern setting making it the perfect place for a special evening out. We look forward to returning and highly recommend it to anyone in search of an exceptional dining experience.

Great place, incredible view and excellent quality Piedmontese food. I had a reservation on the waiting list, but was able to get seated afterwards in about 15 minutes BEST AGNOLOTTI DEL PLIN EVER.
