A truly successful journey through Piedmontese tradition. The delicate vitello tonnato, the melt-in-the-mouth plin (though I personally would have preferred them a little more al dente), the veal cheek braised in roast sauce was incredibly tender and rich in flavor. Finally, the hazelnut on the plate: a perfect, elegant, and delicious finale.

I found the location elegant and refined, yet professional and attentive. The food was high-quality, with sophisticated yet balanced flavor combinations. Special mention goes to Matteo, who was attentive in recommending wine and always available in the dining room. I will gladly return.

A little divided on this one. The food was good enough and the service ok, but we felt slightly underwhelmed and that the place had a distinctly tourist vibe.
The sommelier was really great and saved our evening.
We would only recommend this place if you get a table on the terrace.

My wife and I had lunch on Sunday, and even though we hadn't booked, the owner sat us down, as there was still a table available. The place immediately made a great impression on us, and this was confirmed by tasting the traditional dishes:
We ordered two knife-cut tartare (a type of meatball) with amazing hazelnuts, and—unsurprisingly, but we were pleased to see—on each table there was a bottle of olive oil, salt, and pepper to adjust the seasonings to taste.
Two plates of agnolotti del plin, one with roast gravy and the other with a napkin, both very good.
For dessert, I wanted to try the tiramisu served at the table, and my wife the hazelnut on a plate—they were truly exquisite.
The service was professional and attentive, and we didn't have to wait long between courses.
Also worthy of note are the bread and breadsticks, all homemade, and the well-stocked wine list.
We will definitely return to this lovely place, and next time, I'd love to have lunch on the terrace because the view of the hills is a plus.

An excellent dinner at Le Torri restaurant in Castiglione Falletto. Nestled in the charming village, surrounded by vineyards, this restaurant combines authentic Piedmontese tradition with understated innovation. Rich flavors and unexpected pairings make dinner at this restaurant an experience not to be missed and, in our case, one we'll definitely repeat in the future.

Pranzo del mio compleanno: preparazioni gourmet della tradizione Piemontese ma con un tocco di innovazione.
Carta dei vini completa e davvero inesauribile.
Ristorante molto bello e curato, tavoli ben apparecchiati con cestino pronto di pane, grissini e cracker della casa. Piatti elegantemente creati, cibo molto buono. Prezzi in linea nel contesto del territorio.

Beste restaurant van onze Piemonte reis. Wat een cadeautje om hier te eten. De smaken knallen van het bord zo intens. Pure keuken zonder fratsen. Hier wordt je gelukkig van. Ze hebben een terrras buiten, wil je daar zitten dan moet je dat goed aangeven. Het uitzicht vanaf het terras is fantastisch. Ik hoop hier zeker weer terug te komen. Een absolute aanrader. Zet het op je bucketlist maar nog beter maak een reservering.
