Ristorante Le Torri In Castiglione falletto

It was recommended to us by a friend, and to say we were delighted is an understatement: Le Torri was a true discovery in the heart of the Piedmont hills, a place that combines high-end cuisine, a dreamy view, and a welcome that makes you feel pampered from start to finish. As soon as we were seated, they brought us a truly exquisite entrée: Russian salad with confit tomatoes and Bra sausage on burrata cheese that was already a treat on the palate. Then came the appetizer, the Langa trio: tender veal with tuna sauce to match, hazelnut tartare, and a stuffed pepper that surprised us with its deliciousness. We couldn't resist the plin pasta with brown sauce: excellent filling, with a rich and flavorful sauce. For the main course, the Fassona beef cheek braised in Nebbiolo... what can I say? Outstanding, it melted in the mouth. And to finish, a fresh and delicious dessert: fiordilatte gelato with crumble and mango salsa, perfect for a light finish. You can taste the carefully selected ingredients here and the passion in the kitchen. The service is impeccable, with attentive and kind staff. We even have two dogs, and without even asking, they brought us bowls of water: a gesture that shows their attention to detail. The location is enchanting, with a breathtaking view of the Langhe. We'll definitely be back, perhaps to enjoy lunch or dinner on the terrace. Oh, and Le Torri isn't just a restaurant, it's also a hotel... one more reason to return and experience it fully.

Stunning location. Wonderful terrace with a sunset view over the Lamghe. Impeccable service. Lovely atmosphere. Excellent food and wine. Definitely worth a try!

Excellent cuisine, great service and a wonderful terrace

Le Torri is placed on top of a hill, with limited parking nearby. So you can expect to walk up hill after parking your car. The view from the restaurant is fantastic if you sit on the terrace. Place is very popular so the restaurant was full. That also meant that the waiters were very busy, and not that service minded. After having our coffee we had to wait a very long time for our bill. The waiters did not look our way when passing our table, so it took us some time before we could pay and leave. The food was amazing and the wine card was impressive. We will return.

We were lucky enough to be able to sit on the terrace in the front row, with the vineyards in the background! The view was priceless. The dishes were beautifully presented and, I'd say, excellent! Recommended!

Been here several times the last couple of years. Always a super experience. Food and wines are fanatastic. The staff is superfriendly. Always a pleasure to return which we will do very soon when we are in the area.

Pranzo del mio compleanno: preparazioni gourmet della tradizione Piemontese ma con un tocco di innovazione. Carta dei vini completa e davvero inesauribile. Ristorante molto bello e curato, tavoli ben apparecchiati con cestino pronto di pane, grissini e cracker della casa. Piatti elegantemente creati, cibo molto buono. Prezzi in linea nel contesto del territorio.

Beste restaurant van onze Piemonte reis. Wat een cadeautje om hier te eten. De smaken knallen van het bord zo intens. Pure keuken zonder fratsen. Hier wordt je gelukkig van. Ze hebben een terrras buiten, wil je daar zitten dan moet je dat goed aangeven. Het uitzicht vanaf het terras is fantastisch. Ik hoop hier zeker weer terug te komen. Een absolute aanrader. Zet het op je bucketlist maar nog beter maak een reservering.
