11/05/2025: Saturday 10/05/2025, lunch at the La Locanda dei Narcisi Restaurant (Pozzolo Formigaro-AL): the best I've tried in recent times. Compliments! The dishes chosen: - Rabbit tuna, sweet and sour vegetables and green sauce - Agnolotti to the touch - The Giandunella • with zabaglione (muscat) ice cream: their Giandunella is a patented product that combines gianduja, hazelnut and vanilla with a salted caramel glaze, in a soft leavened product. I found no defects! Elegant environment, attentive and discreet welcome. The Chef described the dishes and the origin of the ingredients. In addition to the presentation of the dishes which pleased the eye, the good aroma was intense and was a foretaste of the excellent taste confirmed by the taste buds. Truly an experience of goodness! Also noteworthy is the bathroom, a bathroom: beautiful, clean, large. Highly recommended!
