Typical family-run Aosta Valley style restaurant. Excellent food prepared with passion by Katia, mum, dad and sister in the room and you feel at home. Price appropriate to the quality and a lot of kindness, a quality that unfortunately is missing in many restaurants. Highly recommended. Thank you

We had dinner on December 25th and were pleasantly surprised by the Le Sabot restaurant. The staff is very kind and the location is very welcoming. The food is excellent, typically Aosta Valley, and everything we ate was delicious. In particular, try the fillet, the most tender meat I have ever eaten!

Dopo molti anni sono tornato a mangiare in questo posto che frequntavo da giovane. Ho ritrovato i sapori di un tempo con qualche variante moderna, ma sempre di ottimo gusto e con porzioni generose. C'èstato qualche fraintendimento sulle ordinazioni ma nulla di serio, può capitare in una serata affollata di luglio. Consigliatissimo per chi è alla ricerca di un buon posto in questo splendido angolo della Valle d'Aosta.

Ci siamo tornati dopo tanto tempo e troviamo confermate tutte le buone caratteristiche di allora. Bel locale piccolo e tipico di montagna, gestito a livello familiare. Piatti della tradizione ben presentati porzioni abbondanti cucinati con cura. Personale attento. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliato!!!
