Nice experience at Sabot. Typical and super relaxing environment. Very kind staff and good Aosta Valley food. Everything perfect. We would have liked to do a double but the second time it was full. Let's go back!

Homely environment in Champoluc. Welcoming and precise service. The starter of cold cuts and cheeses was very good. The Aosta Valley crepes are absolutely worth trying and the pappardelle with hare ragout is also very good. Final positive note: at the end of April one of the few restaurants open in the area. We will be back!

We had dinner this evening at the Le Sabot Restaurant, located just 2.6 km from the center of Champoluc. We ordered pappardelle with hare ragù, a Valle d'Aosta and a platter of typical local cheeses. We were impressed by the homemade cuisine, full of authentic flavours, and by the owner's welcome, kind and thoughtful. An experience that we recommend to those seeking tradition and warmth.

Excellent place, with lots of parking spaces and buses
The service very fast
The order was quick, after 10 minutes they had already brought the starter of cheeses and cured meats
The lady was very friendly, she cared if we liked what she brought us
We had a starter for 2 and 2 first courses, a small bottle of local wine and a bitter made by them....total €50

It was my husband and I for the first time. We were very satisfied, super friendly staff, good food and I was impressed by the bathroom, I have never seen such a clean and fragrant bathroom before. Very good food… I highly recommend it…

Very nice place, they were very kind and friendly and the food was delicious! Also the atmosphere shows they put a lot of care into the restaurant… we will probably go back soon!

Ci siamo capitati per caso, leggendo un po’ di recensioni online…e ci siamo ritornati la sera dopo.
Piatti ottimi, porzioni abbondanti, prezzi onesti e una calda accoglienza che da liguri non diamo mai per scontata.
