Ristorante Le Origini In L'aquila

I showed up at four o'clock, when they wanted to eat, but they let me sit down. They brought me an appetizer, a simple but good platter of cured meats with an interesting plus, which is the part of the garlic leaves marinated in a certain way, very good. Then they brought me something amazing, which is the grilled caciocavallo with honey and friariello. The contrast between these three flavors was perfect, perfect, congratulations.

You can still find products you can't find anywhere else here, and it leaves you nostalgic for the past!! Everything is delicious, and the prices are reasonable and fair!

I was in Bominaco to visit the two churches. I then took a lunch break and just managed to get the last seat at the restaurant. It was a lovely, authentic experience, with excellent regional dishes, all freshly prepared and handmade. You can also buy regional products at the restaurant. After consulting with the owner, I purchased a bottle of organic Montepulciano d'Abruzzo. A poem! The service was also excellent, friendly, and fast. I highly recommend the restaurant.
