Hotel really immersed in nature with a relaxing atmosphere. Very friendly, helpful and professional staff. We will definitely be back!

Very kind and professional in their welcome and stay. Hotel discovered thanks to a smartbox☺️ The place is suggestive. Walks and villages in the surrounding area not to be missed.

Wonderful experience, very kind staff, very clean and welcoming hotel. Abundant breakfast with a wide choice of both sweet and savory, restaurant with excellent cuisine and reasonable prices! Very well kept and pleasant relaxation area. We will definitely return.

Historic structure of Monte Amiata, warm and at the same time professional welcome. Minimal but nice wellness center, very clean rooms and excellent catering service. A hotel surrounded by nature, ideal for enjoying the beauty of the area all year round

We stayed in the chalet in the woods near the hotel. Very suggestive. Peace and silence reign supreme (it's March, eh...). Good air, excellent food, maybe some vegetarian second courses would be on the menu. We had a great time and the managers are also fabulous and kind. They accept dogs... what can I say, a beautiful weekend surrounded by greenery with many trekking routes and a touch of mysticism always with you.

This is our third stay at Le Macinaie, in four years. The years pass, but Hotel le Macinaie always remains the same, a true guarantee of hospitality, professionalism and welcome. It is always a huge pleasure to stay here, and I recommend it without fear of making a bad impression. A true guarantee of well-being where you can spend wonderful moments. My compliments to this establishment.

Siamo stati dal 30 dicembre al 3 gennaio in questi fantastico posto Abbiamo soggiornato nel loro chalet veramente accogliente caldo caratteristico e comodo in quanto sulle piste La gentilezza e cortesia del personale e dei responsabili e' sopra le righe E il cibo spettacolare per non parlare del cenone di capodanno dove abbiamo avuto un menù ottimo Ci avete fatto trascorrere bellissimi giorni Grazie

Che dire....perfezione in tutti i sensi. Servizio di sala professionale , garbato e simpatico, cucina in mano a chef navigati e assolutamente competenti; piatti della tradizione da manuale , in generose quantità e realizzati in maniera ineccepibile. Vini essenzialmente della zona con ricarichi onestissimi. Conosco il locale da decenni e in tutti questi anni non ha mai perso un colpo,anzi l'evoluzione ne ha esaltato i pregi. Le Macinaie sono tranquillamente un Albergo 4 stelle da ogni punto di vista. Bisogna elogiare Enrico, Giorgio,Francesco e tutta la brigada che gestisce con grande impegno una struttura che è la migliore dell'Amiata

02/05/2025: I tried this restaurant for dinner with my mother during the week. We enter at 9.17pm asking if it was still possible to have dinner, the place practically empty. The rather cold welcome, we sit at the table and shortly after we order (I had barely finished reading the menu). We took something off the menu and the fish tortelli. Both very good, generous portions and average prices. It's really a shame about the lack of smiles from the staff. I can't say it was rude, but certainly no effort to make us feel welcome was made. At 10.05pm we leave the restaurant. We will return to try the other dishes on the menu which looked very interesting, hoping to find a little more "heat".
