This is our third stay at Le Macinaie, in four years. The years pass, but Hotel le Macinaie always remains the same, a true guarantee of hospitality, professionalism and welcome. It is always a huge pleasure to stay here, and I recommend it without fear of making a bad impression. A true guarantee of well-being where you can spend wonderful moments. We have just returned from a three night holiday at Le Macinaie. The hotel is very beautiful, very well kept and very clean. The climate is warm and extremely relaxing. Enrico and all the hotel and restaurant staff are super welcoming. There was no snow, there was only a little at the top where we were able to rent a sled and have fun with the children, in general the stay experience fully compensated and repaid the lack of snow. In any case, there are many things to do in the area and we also really enjoyed visiting the alpacas. However, in the hotel there is a nice play area and a relaxation area which we appreciated very much and which gave us some wonderful moments together with our children who would have happily stayed in the hotel to play and in the hydromassage tub.
The restaurant is also excellent, for choice, variety and quality.
More than fair prices for both the restaurant and the hotel.
We will definitely be back!

We discovered Albergo Le Macinaie by chance thanks to a Smartbox and we were pleasantly surprised. Since our arrival, we have been welcomed with great warmth and professionalism by an extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff. Attention to detail is evident in every aspect, from the well-kept and welcoming environments to the quality of the service offered.
The property is located in an enchanting position, ideal for those who love nature and relaxation. The rooms are comfortable and well kept, while the restaurant's cuisine is a real strong point, with genuine and tasty dishes that enhance local products.
A stay that exceeded our expectations and which we will certainly repeat. Highly recommended!

I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Le Macinaie and I cannot help but express my gratitude for the wonderful experience I had. Special thanks go to Mr. Enrico, the owner of the hotel, for his extraordinary helpfulness and courtesy.
But I can't forget to also mention all the staff: from the receptionists, to the restaurant staff, up to the cleaning ladies. Everyone contributed to making our stay truly special, demonstrating attention and care that made us feel at ease.
The atmosphere of the hotel is welcoming and the service impeccable, which makes this property a place to recommend without hesitation. If you are looking for a nice and affectionate place, Hotel Le Macinaie is definitely the right choice.

On holiday with my family, in this beautiful and well-kept place.
Strategic position to reach all points of interest in Amiata. Convenient parking. Equipped with all comforts but above all with extraordinary kindness. Average restaurant, perfectly clean rooms, on the verge of needing to renovate some things such as slightly dated showers.
Clean environments with all the necessary information and precautions everywhere. Fabulous play area, say Leo and Sofi!

Che dire....perfezione in tutti i sensi. Servizio di sala professionale , garbato e simpatico, cucina in mano a chef navigati e assolutamente competenti; piatti della tradizione da manuale , in generose quantità e realizzati in maniera ineccepibile. Vini essenzialmente della zona con ricarichi onestissimi. Conosco il locale da decenni e in tutti questi anni non ha mai perso un colpo,anzi l'evoluzione ne ha esaltato i pregi. Le Macinaie sono tranquillamente un Albergo 4 stelle da ogni punto di vista. Bisogna elogiare Enrico, Giorgio,Francesco e tutta la brigada che gestisce con grande impegno una struttura che è la migliore dell'Amiata

Mangiamo alle Macinaie assieme a degli amici che già ci erano stati. Siamo stati consigliati molto bene devo dire, perché il posto si presenta molto bene, immerso nel verde e in un contesto molto accogliente e tipicamente montanaro. Come primo scelgo i tortelli cacio e pepe che sono divini (talmente buoni che se ce ne fosse stato uno in più avrei gradito, ma la porzione era più che sufficiente); anche il cinghiale in umido, perso come secondo, era molto ben preparato ed insaporito, tenerissimo. Insalata di porcini e funghi fritti pazzeschi, tutto buonissimo. Prezzo onestissimo e amaro offerto (hanno anche una bella selezione di prodotti fatti da loro). Cantina ben fornita ricca di molti prodotti locali (noi abbiamo scelto un rosso di Montepulciano della cantina Le Berne ottimo per rapporto qualità prezzo). Consigliatissimo.
