My wife and I spent a night at this property, located just steps from the Frasassi Caves, using a Smartbox. We had a wonderful time.
The room was clean, warm, and spacious, and the bathroom was lovely. We ate very well in the restaurant, including an excellent breakfast. But the highlight was the staff: extremely kind, knowledgeable, and professional, from the receptionists, the waiters, and the masseuse. It was a great experience! I'll definitely be back.

I stayed at this hotel for a weekend to visit the Fracassi Caves and Genga. It was a positive experience, both in terms of its location and the truly unique welcome from the staff at reception, in the restaurant, and in the breakfast room. The food was excellent, with homemade pies and pastries, all home-made, and even savory options. Whatever you needed, they were available. Dinner was varied and of good quality. We will definitely be back. TOP CLEANLINESS... thanks again.

The property is well-maintained and the spaces are well-maintained. The room was comfortable and very nice. The staff is helpful.
The location is the hotel's strong point: the Frasassi Caves are just a few minutes away. It's very convenient for those who want to visit them.
Overall, the experience, including breakfast, was pleasant and of excellent quality.

Excellent hotel with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Very beautiful and spacious rooms. Impeccable service. Excellent location. The hotel is surrounded by greenery and very quiet. The restaurant lives up to the hotel's rating: excellent in terms of size, service, and the quality and preparation of the dishes. Special mention goes to Marina and her staff for their unwavering willingness to resolve guests' concerns.
Definitely recommended for a fabulous vacation.
