Un trionfo di sapori che lascia pienamente soddisfatti. Da provare assolutamente le fettuccine con i funghi porcini, la zuppa di lenticchie con lardo e castagne e le costolette di maiale al forno. I piatti sono semplici, ma i sapori sono eccezionali e i prodotti utilizzati di qualità.

11/05/2025: An unexpected surprise. We weren't planning on having lunch in a restaurant and by pure chance we found ourselves at the Taverna dei Caldora, just because it was the only one with available seats. Very particular location and beautiful veranda overlooking the valley. The very attentive and kind owner offered us a trio of first courses to try more things and it was all excellent. I absolutely recommend.

The environment is warm and familiar, cared for and managed with the passion of those who love their work. The products are of quality, with flavors that leave a memory, and the service is carried out with courtesy and professionalism.
