Best Restaurant I have ever been too. The cook is absolutely delightful and serves with deserved confidence the most authentic and delicious dishes I have had. He asked me and my girlfriend if we had any allergies and after telling him that I have celiac disease he perfectly handled it. He can cook perfect gluten free dishes. In my opinion this restaurant is worth the whole trip (3 Michelin Stars)!

Pranzo domenicale con amici alle Giare a dir poco straordinario in qualità e quantità. Il titolare Vincenzo (per gli amici "Vicienzu u priatoriu") persona squisita, amichevole, scherzoso e soprattutto ironico! Si mangia come a casa della nonna! Antipasti vari e abbondanti dell'antica tradizione culinaria siciliana. I fritti tutti rigorosamente in olio d'oliva locale, asciutti e non impregnati! Dopo gli antipasti abbiamo chiesto il "time out" per rifiatare! Due primi tra cui uno, maccheroni al sugo di carne mista e locale eccezionali (ti mettono "ko"!), due secondi a base di carne e sei in coma! Il tutto accompagnato da vino rosso locale inebriante! Come disse il grande Paolo Panelli a Vittorio Gasmann nel film "Il Conte Tacchia" "....mangiare...(e aggiungo da Vincenzo)...è un vero piacere"!
