Florentine steak! They served dry-aged T-bone here. The steak was roasted in charcoal fire. Only a dash of fleur de mer, the steak was delicious! The fat was crispy and full of flavour. The beef itself was tender and rich in iron flavour.

Have been here around 10 times and every time it has been excellent! Highly recommend stopping here at least once on your trip. The pasta is so fresh, and steaks are amazing. Great friendly service and atmosphere.

Unbelievable meal with my family. The food quality was phenomenal, wine recommendations perfect, and the overall value for the food and the wine was excellent. Service was extremely attentive and friendly. Easily the best and most enjoyable meal I’ve had in Italy. Recommend highly.

This is a great restaurant. Outstanding service and food. We had beef tartare, 3 pasta dishes, steak, potatoes, salad, and dessert. Everything was excellent. Our server gave us a lovely recommendation on wine and was attentive throughout our meal. We will definitely return if we travel back through Florence.

Every time I go to the Le Fonticine, I am never disappointed. It's absolutely fantastic from the second I enter. From food to service (last time we had Martino for our server )and atmosphere, it's a must. It's known for its steak, which is incredible, but the last time I tried the Bacula was that it was hot that day, and I wanted something lighter. It was fantastic and delicious. The ravioli I had was stuffed with burrata with a sauce of tomatoes and basil. The pasta was homemade and so tender and light and delicate and silky. I highly recommend the melanzani even as an appetizer to share. The drunken pear is a perfect dolce. All I can say is that once you go, you will want to go back. I have seen it through a few transitions. It had a fire even, but the food and service stay consistent every time. Definitely don't spend a bunch of time trying to figure out where to go before you try this place. I know there are tons of places, but this has a great history and really delivers. My partner is a vegetarian, and he has plenty of options.

It's so close to the hotel that one can't eat the Tbone that I want most by myself. Choose the single-portion steak recommended by the restaurant. It is grilled just right and has good meat quality. I also like the cold cuts Salami and olives. One glass of red wine tastes good and the other tastes bad. Several waiters were very friendly, except for one black waiter who was impatient and received one star.
