Ristorante Le Capase In Cisternino

12/01/2025: Luna Rossa was our last stop before we leave from Puglia. And it was probably the best lunch we had during our vacation. The food, the service, the atmosphere and the taste was amazingly good😊 And of course the homemade limoncello…Thank you.

05/01/2025: Food: without any warning, durum wheat bucatini were served instead of the spaghetti alla guitar mentioned on the menu (which are made of fresh pasta and squared): however with excellent flavor and preparation with clams, although very small. The ravioli with burrata are good, the latter not having a great flavour. The homemade desserts and the micro cantuccini offered are excellent (a delight!) Excellent service: well-kept and spacious table for two and two very professional, but also empathetic ladies, made the stay very pleasant. A completely dignified place with elegant colours, inside, while on the veranda the tables seemed quite crowded; but the really bad thing was the dirty windows. I understand that the place a few meters from the sea poses structural inconveniences but if glass is used in the rooms where guests are welcomed, they must always be absolutely clean and shiny! Toilet clean, complete and tidy, even if tiny, therefore too "promiscuous" in access for ladies/gentlemen. Overall, a more than positive experience, despite the slightly high prices in relation to the courses ordered and the above-mentioned critical issues.
