Ristorante "Le Arcate" di Fedele Palmisani In Martina franca

28/01/2026: We were at this restaurant on a Saturday. They advised us over the phone to arrive around 8:30 pm. We were a table of 12 people. We ate very well and had a truly enjoyable evening. We stayed until after 11 pm. The waiters didn't rush you to clear tables because the restaurant is very large. In addition to the main room, there is a closed gazebo. I must say, it was a truly pleasant experience. We will definitely be back.

29/12/2025: Six of us dined, with a reservation quickly made through TheFork. The restaurant is welcoming, and the service was very friendly from the start. The menu is predominantly meat-based, and the appetizer selection is rather limited. We ordered three bottles of wine and two of water, two steak tartares, two portions of baked potatoes, two vegetable side dishes, some bombette, some straccetti, and two steaks. The cooking was impeccable, and the quality of the meat was truly excellent. The final bill was €47 per person, a fair amount for the overall good experience.
