In questo ristorante oltre ad una vista incredibile ed un servizio ineccepibile abbiamo trovato una cucina sublime. Abbiamo provato quasi tutti i piatti. Fantastici. Lo chef davvero preciso e attento a sapori consistenze e abbinamenti presentati dalle ragazze di sale (carinissime), attentamente e con passione. Non si può non dare il massimo del punteggio … fortunatamente non é troppo lontano da casa e ci torneremo appena possibile. Dimenticavo ottima anche la selezione di vini non scontata. Da provare e ritornare.

All in a room with a breathtaking view and very affordable prices compared to the quality of everything. Truly exceptional. (We did not take a photo of our dishes and regret it! Only 2 desserts: a dessert of the day on the theme of honey and the revisited tiramisu)

Il ristorante è stata una esperienza davvero fantastica in un contesto di tradizione valdostana / walser ma con una rivisitazione attenta di sapori che in bocca venivano percepiti in armonia!!! Impiattamento, armonia di gusti anche se fra loro tradizionalmente diversi come i bottoncini di pasta con pesce che sembrano non poter unirsi perché la montagna e il mare così distanti fra loro. Ottima cantina, servizio impeccabile.
