An experience I would recommend to everyone. The exceptional wait staff truly lives up to the quality of the dishes. The lard escalope was my dish of the day—absurd, delicious.

The "Le 3 Fiette" restaurant is located inside the Silou Retreat hotel, and is one of the best restaurants we've ever eaten at. The tables are set in front of a large window that offers a fantastic view of the landscape, especially when snow-covered. Unfortunately, since it's winter, darkness falls early and we can't see beyond the glass. Eating here is an unforgettable experience. The chef's cuisine is superior, combining the roots of the Aosta Valley tradition with creative techniques and presentations of dishes that are nothing short of original, becoming a work of art for the eyes and the palate. "Le 3 Fiette" deserves a Michelin star. (In Genoa, you can only eat like this at Zeffirino.) The cuisine at this restaurant is pure art.

Very disappointed, to be honest. The service is on par with a Michelin-starred restaurant, everything is perfect in the dining room, and the sommelier is excellent. However, the food, even though the presentation is good, lacks balance of flavors and textures. In addition, the seasoning is seriously lacking.
