Abbiamo trascorso 4 giorni a gennaio presso il Silou Retreat e per due sere abbiamo cenato presso il ristorante Le tre fiette, memori dell'ottima esperienza dell'anno scorso. Non possiamo che confermare il precedente giudizio. Ogni pietanza è stata di nostro gradimento, un bel mix tra tradizione e innovazione, unitamente alla gentilezza del personale e all'ambiente. Degni di nota la fonduta, il risotto, lo zabaione, preparato al momento: tutto strepitoso. Lo consiglio e di certo tornerei...anzi di certo torneremo.
