Perfect welcome, Elena is an excellent hostess who doesn't write down the orders, she remembers everything by heart, she knows how to pamper the customer and it's the kind of service you don't often find, the kind that is genuinely authentic and available. I always choose on the menu with my eyes closed, everything is excellent, good quality and more than moderate prices. If I could, I would give 10 stars to all the staff, location, quality of food, menu. I definitely recommend, book in advance as it's always full.

15/04/2025: This is a lovely restaurant just outside the busy areas of Florence. The tomato and burrata spaghetti was absolutely outstanding and one of the best pasta dishes that we ate in Italy. We also had the bottone, which was lovely, the lamb and the porchetta Guinea fowl. The waiting staff were friendly and able to recommend a wine to complement our food choices. The restaurant had a nice buzz to it and we would definitely recommend.
13/04/2025: Pasta was delicious and the fish too - what gave everything meaning was the white wine we had. Simply gorgeous combo.

19/03/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Authentic Florentine flavor and exceptional treatment! We came to this restaurant on the recommendation of Fabián, our Civitatis guide in Spanish, who gave us a magnificent explanation about the history of Florence and suggested several places to eat. Without a doubt, this has been a great success. Trattoria Diladdarno offers authentic Florentine food, with unique flavors and exquisite dishes that we have not tried anywhere else. Everything was delicious, with quality ingredients and careful preparation. Furthermore, the treatment of the staff has been exceptional, making us feel at home. We want to congratulate you on the quality of your cuisine and the warmth of your service. If you are looking for an authentic dining experience in Florence, this is the place. We will definitely return!
