Stunning hotel, the scent of pine wood that welcomes you as soon as you enter. Top services from the spa to the pool. Very helpful and courteous staff. I have been coming back for years and it continues to be the first choice for taste, structure and cleanliness.

I had one of the most beautiful holidays of my life in this family-run house. I'm back from a skiing and wellness holiday incredibly happy, satisfied and relaxed and I'm looking forward to my next stay. In this hotel, tradition and modernity are lived in perfect harmony! A lovingly run house in a very good location welcomes its guests and says goodbye like friends and family.

Great hotel with a pretty convenient location within walking distance of the city center. Remarkably friendly staff and a really really nice wine list. Kitchen is great. Rooms corresponded to the description and were new/modern furnished. Very nice time, will be back soon...

13/05/2025: Very good pizza. Friendly staff. Beautiful garden, where you can sit a little longer. The desserts are also high-quality and delicious 😋
14/04/2025: Oops, what happened there? We've been coming to Meran 2-3 times a year for a good 3 years and a fixed item on the program is the Kirchsteiger, always great quality and service at a reasonable price. Today the quality and price were as usual, but where was the service, we waited around an hour for food and no one came by to ask if we would like anything else. Then you lose the fun of espresso or grappa. We even waited forever for the bill. It's a shame, service is also part of the overall picture. We also missed the nice lady who usually welcomed us! And unfortunately the menu on the Internet does not match what you can choose in the restaurant. Miss the grill plate...

Schloss Hotel Korb

21/05/2025: The two of us stayed at the Schloss Hotel Korb from Sunday to Wednesday. The first impression was good, but the room was a bit dated. Upon entering, we could hear the toilet running, and the rain shower wasn't working. Otherwise, everything was clean and tidy. The common rooms are also overflowing with decorative items and are partly dusty and run-down. The hotel is definitely in need of renovation in many areas. The location is outstanding, and the view over Bolzano speaks for itself. A beautifully landscaped outdoor area with an infinity pool and sauna in front of the vineyards is inviting and impressive. The service is very inconsistent and dependent on the individual. From long wait times to inattentiveness and ignorance, we unfortunately had mostly negative experiences with the service. All in all, the stay was fine, but we wouldn't come back under these circumstances.
