Fantastic hotel which is positioned on the banks of a mountain lake. Excellent meals, tastefully revisited mountain decor, attentive staff, this hotel run by a family for 2 generations has it all. I'm not talking about the sunset aperitifs and the impressive cellar!! Wine lovers, you will find what you are looking for! I recommend it, it's amazing.

A truly unique experience. We stayed overnight between Saturday and Sunday in this fabulous property and we were very impressed. Beautiful rooms, breathtaking views and SPA with incredible views. Relaxing in the whirlpool with boiling water in the snow is fantastic. We had dinner at their restaurant and here too we saw a care for the customer like few times. Very good food by the way. Everyone is always kind, with a smile, available. Special note to the waiter Michael, he was exceptional with us. We will definitely be back. Truly compliments in every respect

If I could give this property 10 stars I would! My husband and I spent 3 nights here in September for my birthday and we had an amazing time. The staff and hotel owners are extremely kind and welcoming and were easy to communicate with in english (we know some basic Italian but are from the US so it is limited). The hotel itself is so comfortable and charming. Our room was spotless, we could stream at night on wifi, and shower pressure was great! The outside spa area is in such a beautiful setting and was absolutely delightful to relax in after a day of hiking. We had both our breakfast and dinner at the hotel and we had snacks and drinks at the bar. All of our food was very good and service is great. The area itself is stunning with so much to do and the hotel manager and staff gave us lots of suggestions on how to spend our time. It was truly a magical birthday escape for me and we hope to visit again.

Excellent hotel, beautiful rooms and fantastic restaurant, very kind owners and staff. If we can make one note, the lighting in the room is a little dim, but it's a trivial problem.

Bellissima esperienza a Brusson - Val D'Ayaz , siamo stati in questo hotel dove l'accoglienza è ottima. La giornata inizia con una colazione ricchissima di alimenti dolci e salati ed i menù della giornata sono molto diversificati. Le camere sono curatissime e pulitissime come tutto il resto dell'hotel. I proprietari sempre attenti a soddisfare tutte le esigenze degli ospiti e gestisce l'albergo con ottima professionalitò. Tutto il personale è attento e disponibile...sono bravissime. Vicinissimo all'albergo c'è il laghetto dove poter fare una passeggiata tranquilla, ci sono numerose panchine, e giochi per bambini. Noi sicuramente torneremo.

28/12/2024: Magnifique soirée dans ce restaurant! Le personnel était très efficace, au petit soin, disponible, sympa. Les plats étaient excellents, le foie gras poêlé et les linguines au truffes… à tomber! Grand choix de vins et de plats, allez-y les yeux fermés, c’était parfait!

09/02/2025: Nice medium-high quality restaurant, very fast service and friendly staff. The typical place for a quiet meal with relaxing classical music. Satisfactory portions and prices in line with the restaurant level (approximately €18/20). In the last room at the end it isn't very warm, which made my dinner difficult to digest. The meat in the Civet e Carbonada polenta was good but a little tough for my taste and it got cold quickly. If I had eaten in a warmer climate I would certainly have also ordered dessert, bitters and coffee instead of going to a freshly opened bar. A little disappointed because as a tourist I was curious to try the typical venison, but for a €44 dinner for 2 for just one plate of polenta each, the name Trattoria is very misleading. There is the menu outside and so you know in advance what you will pay (for goodness sake you won't be deceived, just keep in mind €3 cover charge each), but the classic plate of polenta and steaming meat like in a normal trattoria are not there.
