Excellent welcome, kind and helpful, great vegetarian menu selection (I had requested this when booking). Kudos to the chef for his care and creativity! Spotlessly clean rooms, like the entire hotel. Excellent location and view, generous breakfast and dinner :) Thank you all, we'll be happy to return!

My wife and I stayed here from September 11th to September 20th. It was a charming place. The family-run property was always attentive to our requests. The dining room staff were extremely kind. We had both lunch and dinner there very satisfyingly. The room was always tidy. Definitely recommended.

Good morning, my husband and I arrived on Thursday 11 September 2025 and on Saturday 20 September 2025 we will reluctantly return to Genoa. I can say that the hotel is wonderful, near the lake. The staff, from the cleaning staff to the restaurant staff and the reception staff, are all very kind. I am asthmatic and asked for 3 extra pillows and they gave them to me. I asked if I could change tables and go to the benches with the padded cushion and they obliged. They were very thoughtful and truly all very kind. They even put my medicine in their fridge, which must be kept in the fridge always available. Then the rooms are cleaned every day. Let's not even talk about the restaurant, the food is excellent, everything is good. I would give 10 stars because they deserve it. I recommend it. As I said, there is Lake Brusson, which is beautiful with games for children, football, volleyball, walks all around the lake with tables and benches, and then there is also a kiosk, bathrooms, in short, if you want peace and quiet. And peace of mind, come here to this hotel... Isabella and Fabietto. I forgot that dogs of any size are welcome here. Come and see how comfortable you will be here.

We had lunch here on Sunday and today. Everything was perfect, and the staff were very friendly. I recommend the ravioli and the lamb cbt. Truly exceptional. We'll be back.

I didn't stay at this hotel, but I had a pleasant time there. It's very welcoming and in a beautiful location, offering excellent local cuisine and friendly, efficient service. I'd just suggest the owners install a fan in the dining room, as it's a real shame to be enjoying excellent food and feeling so hot! The common areas are very well-kept and attractive, especially the downstairs room, which is very welcoming and overlooks a small garden with a hot tub. Its central location makes it easy to reach the lovely lake and surrounding lawn. Ideal for a relaxing holiday. Special thanks to the kind owner and the friendly and professional receptionist Carola. I will gladly return.

We just came for the restaurant and thoroughly enjoyed our evening. The local food options from Crespella to Polenta were excellent. We both had pork for main course and felt it was the best pork we had eaten in a very long time if ever! Staff were friendly and attentive. All in all very recommended for dinner (we cannot comment on the hotel)

In un locale molto curato con vista sul laghetto abbiamo fatto un ottimo pranzo. Era da tanto tempo che in Val D’Ayas non mangiavamo così bene. Il personale molto professionale, i piatti ricercati e ben presentati. Tutto perfetto ,dolci spettacolari. Conto assolutamente adeguato all’esperienza. Ci torneremo sicuramente e lo consiglieremo.

Non abbiamo fatto foto al cibo perché impegnati, con tutti sensi, a degustarlo: eccellente. Cena varia e colazione ricchissima, con reparto salato molto fornito. L'albergo ha la vista sul lago, appena sotto a Champoluc. Stupendi gli arredi, curati in ogni dettaglio, la cantina superba, l'idromassaggio esterno vista montagne super. Tagliere di aperitivo servito in botte così fine e le elegante...E infine, essenziale, la cortesia, accoglienza, amicizia dei padroni di casa e del personale tutto. Un luogo del cuore.
