Excellent cuisine from the Apulian school of Gargano. Fresh fish and well cooked. So-so service, a couple of orders didn't arrive, and we were asked to choose only 3 different first courses (12 of us) because they only had 3 burners (it's never happened to me), it was enough to say that the dishes wouldn't arrive all together, none of us were in a hurry, maybe they were. Recommended for the food The organization needs to be improved

Viestana is always excellent quality. We came a few nights ago for a graduation dinner and we had a great time. The appetizers, the first course, the second course all based on very fresh fish.. Not to mention the delicious and very fresh desserts. Compliments to the staff and especially to the owner for the welcome and the excellent quality of the products. Keep it up guys! Well done everyone!!!

Locale centrale e molto semplice. Alla mano e alla portata di tutti. I piatti non impegnativi, veloci e abbondanti perciò consiglio il mezzo menù, non intero. I camerieri tra il formale, il simpatico e il “nonnino” (credo il titolare) che ha sempre una parola giusta per il cliente…Molto apprezzato anche se ci sarebbe da migliorare l’ insonorizzazione perché i tavoli sono un po’ troppo vicini ed è difficile parlare e soprattutto “ascoltare”…

Cena in attesa di andare al teatro Binario 7 a vedere uno spettacolo, per chi ha questa necessità il ristorante è perfetto. Ci hanno accolto già alle 19:30 e sono posizionati a 300 metri dal teatro per cui si trova facilmente parcheggio vicino al teatro e ci si muove a piedi.

23/05/2025: I knew Camilla because my sister got married and I chose her for my wedding sure of the excellent service and food. We were followed by the good and professional Giovanna who met all our requests. A round of applause to all the staff, the girls were great for the table service, especially Roxy who was very attentive to making the day unforgettable. What can I say, a guaranteed success!!!!
21/05/2025: Friends' wedding... impeccable service... all the girls were very nice, prepared and very kind... Excellent food in a particularly exciting structure...
