The location is beautiful and the view is amazing. You get a lot of aperitif before your course. The menu is quite good and extensive. The staff is also very nice and friendly.
The food is okey, it looks very beautiful and they know how to do make it, but it is not our taste. It is very expensive for what you get, you can get things local for way less and the same quality.

The view is absolutely breathtaking—the perfect setting for an unforgettable dining experience. The food is always fresh and absolutely delicious. The service is exceptional, with a staff that is not only incredibly attentive but also genuinely kind and friendly. We enjoyed several dinners in August here, including a birthday celebration, and loved every single moment. A huge thank you to the amazing staff for making every experience so special—you truly made our visit unforgettable. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Varenna!

We LOVED our experience here. They offered a complimentary shuttle, but we opted to walk up from our hotel in Varenna, which was an easy walk (though on busy streets). Our server was incredibly welcoming and funny, and we absolutely loved our food. The gnocchi and appetizer of cold cuts and cheeses were especially tasty. They even had blankets to use on a cold, rainy evening! If ever back in varenna, we will absolutely be returning!

Wow. what a meal. Especially, the regional Pizzoccheri pasta (buckwheat pasta with potatoes, savoy cabbage, garlic and melted cheese) was just divine.

We would be very impressed with the service, the food and the view. We were picked up, even that was an experience. Loving little things with LIMONCELLO after dinner. The menu had a lot of fish and seafood dishes. We ordered the beef fillet, which was to die for. Very attentive and friendly staff. We'll definitely be back.

So romantic! We were picked up from our hotel by the cutest 2-seater scooter taxi/ape (FREE) and taken up to the most charming terrace. The veranda overlooking the lake was dotted with lights and white tablecloths. It was a little chilly but they provided fleece blankets! Ultimate in service! After a delicious meal we were taken back to our hotel. A highlight of our time in Varrena!

Estaba muy tranquilo cuando estuvimos allí, lo que no es sorprendente, ya que está bastante fuera del camino.

Comimos en este restaurante en 2022 y fue fantástico. Hoy es igual de bueno si no mejor. El camarero y las camareras eran los mismos que hace dos años. El propietario nos recibió y nos dio las gracias por volver.
Esta vez trajimos amigos y tuvimos ambos menús degustación. Ambos fueron fantásticos.
Inténtalo. Si la subida por encima de la estación de tren es demasiado llame al restaurante. La oferta servicio de traslado gratuito desde la ciudad
