I have been frequenting the La Vela restaurant for 15 years and every time it is a pleasure to return. Salvo and Laura, the owners, are extraordinary people: always friendly and approachable, they make every customer feel at home. The fish is always very fresh and the quality-price ratio is truly excellent, undoubtedly the best in Giardini Naxos. A place that I recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy excellent food and have an authentic experience.

We enjoyed a truly exceptional fish starter! Dish with attention to detail, absolute freshness and well-balanced flavours.
A special applause to the waitress, very kind and professional, always attentive and smiling: she made the experience even more pleasant. We will definitely be back!

We had lunch at this restaurant with a friend of ours who was celebrating her hen party, the dishes were truly excellent!!! Even if you tried to find it, it was impossible to find any fault... wonderful staff, big heart and excellent service!!! We were delighted and even made the slipper! Really worth it, highly recommended!

Very welcoming and attentive staff. Food was very good, seemed very quality ingredients. The spaghetti alla vongole was really good, very tasty and clams were cooked really nicely, not chewy! The grilled fish of the day was delicious and cooked perfectly. The chef brought the dish out and explained the dish before i ate it, nice touch. My partner's pasta alla norma was fantastic, so delicious, and the portion was very generous. The Sicilian wine we ordered was very good and reasonably priced. My partner enjoyed the tiramisu, but wasn't blown away, but the pistacchio semi-freddo was amazing! I would go back for that alone!
