Rustic, clean, and very welcoming restaurant. The wait staff is friendly and knowledgeable, never rude, always smiling. High-quality food, generous portions, and fair prices. I highly recommend it. We'll definitely be back, thank you!

INSANE!!! I love them. I've rarely eaten so well, simple and tasty, the girl is helpful, kind, and smiling. The house wine by the glass is excellent. You couldn't ask for more. I wish there were more places like this.

20/10/2025: I am reacting to a review from a local guide David Greens 3 years ago… Borgo Antico about owner/ chef Filindo is not deserving of your Bird like review referencing him as a Peacock. I politely suggest the title of peacock be more fitting with you…These hidden gems and villagers are NOT awaiting for your kick back group travelers! Their menus are offered by fresh supplies solely on local forage and seasonal produce and availability. Quality at best. My review is based on 2015 and most recent visit 2024. Fact checked on you everything, it is the same and we felt lucky to find Borgo open and the opportunity to reunite with Filindo and experience this mountain top Trattoria again. Trattoria description is available for viewing in the dictionary. Thank you once again for a wonderful experience and memory!
