We really enjoyed all of our meals at La Vecchia Cantina. Are there four nights as we were staying nearby and it’s the only place within walking distance.
All the food was great, the terrace is beautiful, and the service was good. I would highly recommend this restaurant — especially if you are staying at Villa Cattani Stuart.

I was in the area for work and was feeling peckish at lunchtime; after asking some locals for information, they recommended this place, which is very close to us, as it's "down-to-earth" and offers homemade flavors! Parking in front, easy to find with Maps, nice rustic tables both inside and outside (it's summer and hot), excellent service, friendly and sociable staff with the typical local way of speaking! Excellent dishes: we had tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and then a mixed roast meat! Delicious! Highly recommended by Giuseppe!

The food is excellent, the service exquisite, the place is large, spacious, beautiful... so what?
A disaster for the disabled.
They're stuck in the Middle Ages.
Not even a wheelchair ramp... and I have to thank the waiters who had to move the disabled person by weight... if it had been for the cashier who dared to say, "But no one told us there was a wheelchair," perhaps he would have stayed in the parking lot.
Notify... in 2025?
But do they know the laws regarding disabled people? 😱

A very pleasant restaurant with terrace seating surrounded by greenery (where we dined). The three of us ordered a beef steak, a Florentine steak, and a Rossini-style cannelloni, with a side of baked potatoes and a side of chard. The dishes weren't demanding, but everything was well-prepared and made with quality ingredients. The meat was tender and well-cooked. Prices were moderately high, but in line with the quality served.

A spacious restaurant in a prime location at the foot of the hills, well-prepared food, and excellent service. The grilled meat, in particular, was cooked to perfection, considering the different types of meat. Prices are average.
