Excellent restaurant... starting with the dining room service (subtle, attentive, but not intrusive... kind, professional, and knowledgeable in explaining the various dishes offered by the superb CHEF and recommending the most suitable wines to pair with your meal). Choosing between meat or fish will not be a problem... both are of excellent quality, where the CHEF's skilled hands and imaginative imagination will transform them into unforgettable delights for the mind and palate. I've been to La Vecchia Botte restaurant, and I can only call it one of the best culinary experiences I've ever had. The restaurant is welcoming and elegant, with a relaxing atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The staff is extremely friendly, professional, and attentive to every detail, without ever being intrusive. The real star, however, is the fish: incredibly fresh, expertly cooked, and served with impeccable presentation. We started with a selection of hot and cold appetizers that were a work of art, followed by a raw seafood dish that was indescribably fresh, and a second course of simply perfect first courses: flavorful, balanced, and impeccably cooked. Next, a tuna fillet with chocolate and cardamom reduction, surprising and beautifully balanced in flavor. And to finish on a high note, a truly amazing extra virgin olive oil gelato: creamy, original, and surprisingly harmonious in flavor. A sweet finale that will amaze and captivate. The wine list is also excellent, with select options that pair perfectly with the seafood dishes. In short: if you love seafood (and more) and are looking for a restaurant where every detail is meticulously crafted, La Vecchia Botte is a must-visit. I'll definitely be back...
