Exceptional restaurant, quality, courtesy, elegance, availability and hospitality are the hallmarks. The owner, Mr. Franco, is an exceptional restaurant professional and takes great care of his customers, something rare these days. We go there often and I highly recommend this restaurant, excellent for all occasions. Furthermore, the dining room staff is very knowledgeable, welcoming and extremely helpful.

I visited Torre dei Falchi on Ferragosto (August 15th) and I have to say that, unfortunately, given the overwhelming crowds, I wasn't able to fully enjoy the restaurant's cuisine, which I know very well. The helpful waiters did their best, but given the large number of guests, either more staff or a different organization would be needed. The dishes arrived cold, and the chaos was indescribable. Perhaps fewer people, but focus on quality food and service even on these days. Especially for those who know your potential.

We stopped almost by chance after visiting old Caserta and it was a stroke of luck because despite having an event we were served impeccably, but above all we ate very well, compliments to all the staff 👍

Superb restaurant, fresh, high-quality dishes, and a truly beautiful location, especially if you dine poolside. The staff is an added bonus, friendly and kind. Highly recommended.

Couple's dinner. The restaurant is connected to a hotel. There is an outdoor area with a pool and indoor dining. Friendly service and welcoming rooms. Simple menu with local meat and fish products, at reasonable prices. Wines by the bottle, not by the glass, are good quality and reasonably priced.

Bella struttura a Caserta Vecchia, con menù fisso e alla carta. Abbiamo preferito ordinare alla carta, di mare, e ci è piaciuto. Ritorneremo co piacere

Villa Matilde

14/09/2025: The place is truly beautiful: you can experience the balance between past and present, held together by good taste and an ever-appreciated, attentive touch of humanity. Villa Matilde is certainly a place not only to visit, but to return to. The food is delicious and perfectly in tune with the local area; the service is always attentive, friendly, and never intrusive. The wine is certainly high-quality and exceptional. There are many noteworthy aspects, but, above all, many that make the difference: the Chef, Alfonso; Alessia in the dining room, Miriam, with her warm attention. Special thanks to Maria Cristina and Maria Ida Avallone, who expertly maintain the legacy and perspective of a history that has undoubtedly contributed to enhancing the value and culture of Campania's winemaking. With gratitude, Clotilde, Antonio, Marika, and Gennaro.
14/09/2025: Fantastic experience... We did a tasting and tour of the vineyards and cellars with Miriam, a wonderful person, very knowledgeable and kind. A quiet place, I highly recommend it.
