My partner and I (together with our faithful furry companion) spent 3 wonderful days. A fantastic resort immersed in the greenery of Casaprota. Full of animals and horses where there are lessons for beginners even for adults. All the kind and attentive staff from Andrea, Rachele and Lupo the boy at the kiosk And we also met very nice families with whom we spent wonderful evenings I hope to return as soon as possible Thanks for everything From Roberta, Riccardo and Pisolo

We participated in the Befana lunch with a fixed menu. A truly beautiful experience, with a non-trivial selection of dishes, all decidedly excellent. Very honest price for what we ate. The service was friendly and timely. The location is certainly an added value, surrounded by greenery and populated by many cute animals. We will definitely be back in good weather!

What can I say, a place like few, or rather almost none in the area, is always a pleasant discovery, the service is excellent, the quality of the food sublime. Suitable for all ages, very pleasant attendance, reasonable prices, well-kept nature but left as it should be, not lacquered, only... beautiful and well-kept. The attention to the customer is maximum

21/05/2025: We had dinner and breakfast with them! The cuisine characterized by truffles that the owner has been collecting for generations. The dishes prepared simply by her with so much care. Their welcome and kindness was incredible! Highly recommended!

17/05/2025: Ci siamo recati il 17 maggio, in questo ristorante. Piatti abbondanti e squisiti, qualità super, gricia e amatriciana superlative tanta cortesia del personale e garbo da parte del titolare Daniele. Prezzo onesto, da tornarci sicuramente.
10/02/2025: Ogni volta che torno a mangiare al Ma-Trù mi sembra migliore. Lo chef Daniele prepara al meglio i piatti della tradizione locale, si percepisce la grande passione oltre alla qualità dei prodotti locali. Assaggiate la Gricia con il guanciale croccante al punto giusto, è probabilmente la migliore di tutta la zona ma anche le altre pietanze sono preparate con cura. Ottimi i vini da abbinare, oltre a una birra del posto davvero speciale. I prezzi sono davvero convenienti, specie per chi viene da Roma!
