This is a restaurant in the historic center of Sassoferrato. The tables are carefully set, with metal cutlery rests. The dishes we ordered were delicious, except for the mezzé paccheri alla carbonara, which could have been cooked a couple of minutes longer.

Sometimes the best choices are born out of laziness! We had already booked here for a dinner for 15, but the night before, tired and unwilling to move, we decided to dine at the only place within walking distance... and this was it! We were incredibly lucky. The five of us ate some delicious à la carte dishes: in addition to off-menu options like tripe and porcini mushrooms, we also tried spaghetti with anchovy sauce and a truly special rabbit. ​We left enthusiastically, our mouths watering at the thought of the next day's group dinner! And indeed, everything was confirmed: the €35 menu was rich and delicious, with plenty of appetizers, two top-notch first courses, dessert, coffee, and wine. A place to remember, with top marks for both the impromptu and the organized dinner!

Ottima cucina, gestione familiare e gentile,il titolare molto alla mano e la sua compagna si assicura che il cliente sia completamente a suo agio,il servizio è molto buono e la pulizia ottima . Locale accogliente e intimo. Abbiamo provato le tagliatelle tirate a mano,di misure diverse,il ragù è praticamente perfetto. La carbonara eccellente,per la pasta scelgono le mezze maniche, l'uovo risulta cremoso ,il pecorino è romano d.o.p. ma il guanciale...beh il guanciale croccante,in realtà perfetto,scioglievole,dal sapore unico ed inconfondibile. Il tagliere di salumi ha tutto ciò che si desidera provare ,restando nelle eccellenze del luogo, risulta abbondante ma è un sacrificio che si può fare tranquillamente,la gola va accontenta, il palato ancora di più. Un ' ampia scelta di vini e del menù, sicuramente andrò per provare cose nuove ogni volta. Ci sono dei fuori menù a seconda della stagione... Da provare assolutamente

A restaurant on the beautiful square in Sassoferrato with beautifully set tables. The wiuki appetizer was delicious, covered with a light bed of vegetables and no sauce. The carbonara was truly excellent, cooked to perfection and with a delicious sauce enriched by crispy guanciale. The rabbit was disappointing, completely tasteless. The yogurt dessert was good. The service was a bit slow and inconsistent, certainly room for improvement.

Downtown in the beautiful Sassoferrato area, a well-stocked wine cellar and traditional cuisine with a touch of innovation. Everything was delicious, but the service was a shame: rushed and sloppy; the young woman who served us clearly wished she were somewhere else entirely... Let's give her the benefit of the doubt; we were the last customers to arrive, just before closing time, but it's a real shame; a smile would have been enough.

Locale nel centro storico, molto tranquillo e curato nell'arredo. Cucina tipica, semplice e goduriosa. Porzioni giuste, gusto ottimo. Prezzi medio alti. Un po' lento il servizio

Che dire, servizio impeccabile in un ambiente che profuma di storia ma anche di modernità. Le polpette della nonna e la Carbonara sono due piatti che non mi scorderò facilmente!
