I've been to this tavern in Sassoferrato: the food is excellent, the dishes are tasty and carefully prepared: Cresc-tajat made with Rocca Contrada Ottofile corn (without sausage), lasagnette, tiramisu, and pistachio semifreddo. The atmosphere is very nice and welcoming. A positive experience.

Almost by chance, I had lunch at La Taverna di Bartolo. Top cuisine, excellent service, and very reasonable prices.
Special mention: Paccheri alla vera Carbonara.
Extraordinary! I'm often in Rome for work and have never tasted anything like it.

This is a restaurant in the historic center of Sassoferrato.
The tables are carefully set, with metal cutlery rests.
The dishes we ordered were delicious, except for the mezzé paccheri alla carbonara, which could have been cooked a couple of minutes longer.
