Locale nel centro storico, molto tranquillo e curato nell'arredo. Cucina tipica, semplice e goduriosa. Porzioni giuste, gusto ottimo. Prezzi medio alti. Un po' lento il servizio

Che dire, servizio impeccabile in un ambiente che profuma di storia ma anche di modernità. Le polpette della nonna e la Carbonara sono due piatti che non mi scorderò facilmente!

Taverna di Bartolo is a quality restaurant that pleasantly surprised me. The excellent reviews suggested a high level, but the direct experience has definitely exceeded expectations and confirmed the happy hand of those who manage the kitchen. Traditional dishes, masterfully executed, alternating with more unusual combinations, such as pincinelle al ciauscolo and Varnelli, allow you to satisfy various palates, making the menu interesting. The excellent quality meats are enhanced by careful cooking and the desserts are exquisite and not banal. The service was courteous and attentive. Such a pearl would only deserve a slightly larger environment, not penalized by excessive heat, while maintaining the charm of the place and the very central location that it currently has. An absolutely positive experience, to be repeated in the evening to enjoy the charm of the square.

Excellent and high quality food. Maybe a tablecloth, even a synthetic one, would have been appreciated. The environment is very beautiful and typical but perhaps a little warm. Let me be clear, I would go back 100 times!!!

In the company of friends. It's not my favorite food and I made do with a ragù (the pasta they made was excellent). According to those who were with me... Everything was excellent.

I returned to this restaurant with friends, I must say that Luca knows his stuff, truly a professional, I tasted land snails with toasted bread I would say phenomenal, not to mention the amazing paccheri alla Carbonara, the dessert? What can I tell you... go and then tell me how everything is, oh I forgot quality price, extraordinary, finally the waitress Milena always kind, smiling and welcoming, it is always a pleasure to eat in this place, I can't wait to go back, too bad it's not that close to where I live.

A truly superb dining experience and the best meal on our 2 week Italian Grand Tour. Tomahawk pork chop was amazing. Limone and Rosemary sorbet divine. Price was very reasonable for such quality and kind service. Most enjoyable and memorable. Grazie

Ottima cucina, gestione familiare e gentile,il titolare molto alla mano e la sua compagna si assicura che il cliente sia completamente a suo agio,il servizio è molto buono e la pulizia ottima . Locale accogliente e intimo. Abbiamo provato le tagliatelle tirate a mano,di misure diverse,il ragù è praticamente perfetto. La carbonara eccellente,per la pasta scelgono le mezze maniche, l'uovo risulta cremoso ,il pecorino è romano d.o.p. ma il guanciale...beh il guanciale croccante,in realtà perfetto,scioglievole,dal sapore unico ed inconfondibile. Il tagliere di salumi ha tutto ciò che si desidera provare ,restando nelle eccellenze del luogo, risulta abbondante ma è un sacrificio che si può fare tranquillamente,la gola va accontenta, il palato ancora di più. Un ' ampia scelta di vini e del menù, sicuramente andrò per provare cose nuove ogni volta. Ci sono dei fuori menù a seconda della stagione... Da provare assolutamente
