Excellent place to taste and enjoy any dish

An elegant restaurant, furnished in a modern yet refined style. The kitchen is open, tidy, and efficient. The dishes are exquisite, perfectly executed with quality ingredients. The seafood appetizers are delicious, as are the burnt wheat orecchiette, and the mixed fried fish is excellent. The desserts are also delicious: figs with zabaglione, almond focaccia. The service is efficient and casual.

The pizza was delicious, and the fried food was the only flaw. Unfortunately, the wait was over an hour for a pizza, but I can't rate it lower because that wouldn't be fair or correct. The waiters were also very helpful. The location was modern and beautiful.

Another great strength is the pizza. Pizza chef Donato works with a truly successful contemporary dough: light, fragrant and digestible. He also specializes in gluten-free pizza, prepared with great skill, and also offers excellent Roman-style pizzas. The menu is complete and varied: appetizers, first courses, meat and fish second courses, always with quality ingredients and balanced combinations. The selection of wines, craft beers and cocktails is also excellent. The homemade desserts made by the chef are a real treat to end on a high note.
