Every time I pass through Tolfa, a visit to the bakery is a must. The true star is the bread, especially the historic loaf with the distinctive hole in the center: fragrant, fragrant, a true symbol of Tolfa tradition. I discovered this bakery and pastry shop in Tolfa by chance this summer while I was on vacation. What a wonderful discovery! Everything was delicious. I've been back several times for pizza, bread, and desserts. The delicious chocolate tozzetti are delicious, and I recommend them. I even bought some as gifts on my way home; they were greatly appreciated. The only problem is that they never answer the phone. I wanted to order more in case they shipped. But I never got to speak to anyone, what a shame!
