I found it by chance on Chatgpt. I want to write a detailed review because you absolutely have to go if you're in the area.
Forget gourmet lunches and dinners, here you can eat authentic, locally sourced food.
The appetizers are delicious; I tried the citrus tartare and it was delicious. For my first course, I had the pasta recommended by the house: homemade pasta with wild boar sauce topped with oven-baked dry ricotta. It was incredible; this dish alone would be worth a visit. For my second course, I had the mutton (lamb), and it was also excellent. For a digestif, I tried the Amaranca (Sicilian orange liqueur). The portions are generous. The prices are very reasonable.

CALL AHEAD IF YOU WANT PIZZA!
The ambiance at the restaurant is lovely, and the owner and staff were attentive and kind. However, we weren’t aware that you need to reserve pizza in advance—they only prepare enough dough for those who call ahead specifically for it. Unfortunately, that meant we couldn’t order the pizza we had driven out here to try. We ended up having pasta, which was decent, but it felt a bit awkward since every other patron in the restaurant was enjoying a pizza — it was clearly the most popular and sought after dish. Just a heads-up for future diners: if you’re coming for the pizza, be sure to call ahead!

Classified as a mountain trattoria, but it's a shame that getting there is an adventure; it feels like home. We had dinner with the house antipasto and mutton, and everything was good, including the bill.

We had lunch on the terrace overlooking the beautiful panorama! Absolutely start with the appetizers, excellent cold cuts and cheeses! I had the pasta with ragù and my husband the mixed grill everything was delicious and the prices were really honest! Highly recommended
