Very good fish dishes, quiet atmosphere, great education of the staff, who provide all the necessary information without pushing you to get extra things... and the room downstairs, practically a cave, is welcoming and well kept. Absolutely recommended to anyone passing through Orvinio!

Very particular fish dishes but at the same time with a delicate flavour, the first courses were really delicious, especially the orecchiette and spaghetti alla Ripetta. The bread is made by them and they offer many types, the one with raisins is truly amazing! The wait wasn't long, but it was absolutely worth it because they prepare everything on the spot!

You immediately perceive the love for one's work and the competence of starred restaurants transferred to a small village in the province of Rieti. The menu is not very extensive but what they offer leaves nothing to be desired. Hospitality appropriate to the location, friendly precise service but, considering the food, I'm sorry that there are only five stars to represent the surprise and satisfaction for what they offer. Special recipes and well served. To be revisited.
