We've been loyal customers for many years. In my opinion, it's the most authentic trattoria in Casentino. The porcini mushroom ravioli are unforgettable, and the wild boar and venison stews are delicious. A special mention goes to the blackberry tart, which my dad is a sucker for. The place is enchanting, wonderfully frozen in time. We've noticed a change in the last year, but it remains in our hearts. Ah! Courtesy included in the price, a rare commodity these days.

The food is certainly good and plentiful, but I advise the managers to be more careful when disclosing the presence of various allergens in dishes (it's also required by law to list them on menus). When certain things are pointed out, just be polite and apologize.

evocative…in some places it felt like being in a scene from a film like ‘The Blue Lagoon’… I have to say, seeing the President of the Region posting himself while taking a dip made us want to see it…definitely worth returning when there are fewer people…

Canto alla Rana is a restaurant I discovered through online reviews, located in a beautiful riverside park. It was fully booked, even though it was Friday lunch (I recommend calling ahead and making a reservation), but the very kind and friendly owner managed to find us a table for two. We had a wonderful meal, generous portions, average prices, and quick and attentive service. I highly recommend it and will definitely return if I return to Stia.

I discovered this restaurant by pure chance. I was first amazed by the friendly and warm welcome of the staff (now in the premises the indifference of the employees reigns supreme). The place is clean and well-kept in the typical Tuscan furnishings. They had no problem with me having my dog with me. While the food is amazing. From the first to the second courses of what I have tasted from ten!! Good prices. A thank you to the fast and friendly waitress. I will gladly return.
