I returned to this place and for the fourth time it was confirmed: excellent food with first courses that are not very common to find and to finish I was offered a Gentian liqueur made by them which I recommend to everyone because it was really delicious and low in alcohol. . Naturally also good are the crescentine and tigelle served with fried polenta, cured meats, cheeses and delicious jams. The Sangiovese is also excellent. The place, then, is always enchanting (obviously if it is a beautiful day!).

Kind and friendly family management, welcoming place, we tasted a trio of first courses and a dessert all homemade and cooked with great passion... wonderful location with spring landscape... a chat on the porch in memory of times gone by. ..we had a great time and will return. Thank you.

Torniamo dopo un po’ di tempo in questo ristorante, e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti come le altre volte.
Abbiamo ordinato tortellini alla panna, gnocchetti ,balanzone e come secondo scaloppine ai funghi, e funghi impanati.
I tortellini erano morbidi e saporiti, con una panna cremosa e delicata. Gli gnocchetti erano una novità per me, si tratta di gnocchi di patate e farina conditi con crema di pistacchio. Mi sono piaciuti molto, erano leggeri e gustosi.
Le scaloppine ai funghi erano tenere e succose, con una salsa di funghi e panna che le rendeva ancora più appetitose.
Il servizio è stato cordiale e veloce, il locale era accogliente e pulito. Il conto è stato onesto, considerando la qualità e la quantità del cibo.
Consiglio questo ristorante a chi vuole assaggiare una variante della cucina emiliana in un ambiente familiare e rilassato.

In a context that is certainly spectacular, airy, fresh, peaceful, it is worth stopping to taste the delicacies expertly prepared by chef Julia. The friendliness, family welcome and professionalism of the staff are more unique than rare. We had a good time, ate very well, in peace. A paradise. Seeing is believing... 👍

We relied on Google maps, venturing up a climb of about 7 km, but we love the mountains and the road wasn't bad, we were practically in the woods without houses, we arrived at our destination and found ourselves like family, with Julia who took us he spoke passionately about his cuisine.
My nephew who wanted tagliatelle was satisfied (I also had a taste), the Ballanzoni were good and plentiful and the pastry was really nice, not too thick (as often happens) we then tasted the liver crostini and porcini mushrooms. To finish we took the sacher... excellent... we felt good and we thank Julia and her mother for the way they took care of us🌺🌺🌺
They gave us a bag with their jams and biscuits... 🍪 thank you
Then following their directions we soon arrived on Porrettana
