11/01/2025: When I return to Teramo, I always stop by Marcello to enjoy the delicacies of my city. And every time I leave satisfied and happy... because I had the chance to taste traditional dishes done really well, have a chat with the boss and enjoy the "homemade" and relaxed atmosphere. It really feels like being at home. In short...a mandatory stop for anyone passing through Teramo 😊

08/01/2025: My "diners" friends and I discovered this restaurant about 2 years ago and it was love at first sight (or, rather, at first taste). The location has a few seats located in an environment of times gone by. During our visits we put almost their entire repertoire to the test without being able to find any weak points: the dishes, all belonging to the "old" cuisine, are prepared with such skill that they are sublime on the palate. All at a decidedly honest price. The owner, in addition to his genuine friendliness, shows great competence in the choice of ingredients. Well done to Mr. Schillaci who created it and was able to pass on his passion to his family. The Cantina di Porta Romana certainly represents a Teramo heritage and we hope it will remain so for a long time to come!
